In exchange for peace from all Ubercon, and Warlordz wapa will do this things 1. all non blue members on WAPA will change to black. 2. any new members will be required to become black. 3. all WAPA members on the black team will be required to vote for Bill Nye. 4. More importantly WAPA will send peace offers to all Idiots it is engaged with. 5.
