Introduction We of Freedom Fighters hereby proclaim ourselves an independent alliance free of any past bonds to any other alliance. Freedom Fighters was founded on September 1, 2008 by Curtis16. We will help all nations, young and old, better themselves by whatever is in our power to do. Article II. Joining the alliance In order to join our alliance you must post an application, and wait to be masked. You must post your loyalty and read the charter. All members are called Freedom Fighters Article III. Our Government The Freedom Fighters are lead by three temporary positions called Russka's. They make and vote on all of the alliance matters. Each Russka looks after each department, FA, IA, War and Defense. These positions are temporary and can be impeached or voted out. The Bodyguards are the Russka's right hand men, they help the Russka's do everything. Lastly is the Government, they are: The Warlord(War and Defense) The Barkeeper(Internal Affairs) Foriegn Affairs Man a.k.a FAM (Foriegn Affairs) Uncle Sam(Recruiter) Stockbroker(Economics) Their powers include the ability to sign treaties and declare war. Article IV. Elections Every four months an election will be held for The Russkas positon. The previous Russkas must step down graciously and give up power. All master and body guard positions are given by the Russkas Article V. Wars Section 1. Declaration of War The Freedom Fighters is a semi-peaceful alliance. With that being said, we will defend ourselves if we are threatened. If war is the final option then the only way war can be declared is by the Russka's or a majority vote of the entire alliance. While in war, the Warlord will aid the The Russka's in all matters of the war, be it tactics or what to do. Any nation that refuses to follow the The Russka's orders will be banned from the alliance and declared rouge by the Freedom Fighters and subject to attack by members. We also defend any allied alliance, when asked for help. We also allow tech raiding, because we understand that nations need experience. Tech raiding will only be allowed after permission is asked and cleared and no one within our alliance may attack a purple nation, red nation, or alligned nation. Section 2. Nuclear Weapons We will maintain a policy of you may purchase nuclear weapons. Individual nations may purchase nuclear ordnance, but only the The Russka will decide when to use them. Article VI. Diplomacy All treaties must be read over and voted on by The Russka's along with the FAM Article VII. Amendments Amendments may be made to this document after it is ratified. Amendments can be suggested by the The Russka's, there Bodyguards, of any member of the alliance. All that is required is the voting majority of all members. Article VIII. Disciplinary Action 1) Unsanctioned Wars In compliance with The Charter of the Freedom Fighters our Alliance is one that wishes to build strong nations of independent means by peaceful means. An act of war initiated by a member of the Freedom Fighters without the consent of the The Russka or his bodyguards, or the Warlord or under a Declaration of War as determined by the Alliance is a punishable offense that will result in any number of the following actions. 1a) Banishment from Freedom Fighters 1b) Fines to pay to the attacked nation or alliance 1c) Failure to pay sanction fines will result in immediate banishment and subsequent military action against the offending nation. 2) A probationary period of 1 to 3 months deemed appropriate by The Russka's IX) Member Disputes Freedom Fighters wishes all of its members to get along, whether in-game or on the forums. We ask all members to "forget and forgive". No outside hatred is allowed. 2a) All member disputes should be brought to the The Barkeeper or one of the Russka's. One of the said gov will mediate the issue and propose a resolution. The member stated may then agree to his/her resolution and settle the dispute, or they may nullify his decision and settle the dispute through private negotiations that they both find agreeable. 3) Member Conduct We ask that all members of Freedom Fighters are peaceful and gratious to any other nation or alliance. We ask this as you are always a representitive of our alliance. 4) The Russka The Russka's(leaders) agrees to follow all terms stated within our charter. If The Russka's do not follow one of the rules stated above he will be overthrown at the govs and members descretion.
