My question is, if he created his account at, let's say, 4.32 PM, will that get him deleted at 4.30 wilst being inactive for 20days? or when updates comes around? I've seen it happen a couple of hourse into the day, I've seen nations go to within a couple of hours of 21 days. There is not set time and it doesn't depend on the time the nation was created.
