Count Rupert Posted April 4, 2008 Report Share Posted April 4, 2008 As has been noted elsewhere in this thread, the 12 alliances having the highest alliance scores when an alliance audit is conducted become sanctions. The only alliances considered during the alliance audit are those with a minimum of 300 members having at least a 60% or better activity level.
