Tongzhi SEATO protectorate.

With the government of Tongzhi having officially fallen, 50,000 troops moved into the area from across the borders with the Druk Yul protectorate. The Malay peninsula protectorate was expanded to cover it, Cambodia, and Laos all the way down to Japanese holdings in the south. This would be a joint SEATO protectorate, not merely a Druk Yul protectorate any longer and forces from all the SEATO governments neighboring the region would be on rotation to help manage it.

Emperor Jesse would send 10,000-20,000 troops to help keep the former Tongzhi territory secure. He continued to think about all the Asian governments that have been falling and could tell what MHC was trying to do. "The MHC are trying to take out SEATO by destroying all of our governments. Sooner or later we will be able to track down their leaders and when we do the true battles shall begin."

A group of men send a video to the government of Druk Yul and Shanghai. The man in the middle looks towards the camera and waves towards the camera.

"We the people of Tongzhi would like to thank our Druk Yul and Shanghai friends for quickly coming in and securing our boarders. At this time we would like to request a review of our current lands status and apply if avaliable to become a sovereign nation once again, your highness.

We wish for our people's sovereignty to enter into a transitional government until we can complete proper elections and mold the course of our nation. While restructuring, we also wish to re-apply for membership of the SEATO.

Thank you for your time."

A reply is sent requesting the structure of government, the names of its leaders so it may be properly documented and recognized. Also an appearance of a representative would be requested for SEATO council. (Continue in SEATO main thread.)

The representative opened the letter and smiled. He then went off to discuss his reply with the people.

(OOC: 10-4 Cap'n!)
