I'd like to say that our previous members are very spread out this round. This is not a call for them to rejoin. I'd like to thank every one of their host alliances that have taken them in when I had my hands full elsewhere and we could not DoE in the start of the round. These members are encouraged to stay where they are, and fulfill their obligations in their homes this round. If any alliance have any problems with former WD's members please contact me directly. If they are not in good standing with their AA this round, their application to War Doves will not be approved next round. Now onto part 2 of the announcement. Some of you may remember that we had technical issues last round when Kurdanak's irc nick dropped. It seems the tradition has continued, and our forums went down during an update, had to be reset and cannot be restored. We've had to start over from scratch, so if you registered an account on our forums, we ask that you please re-register your account. The address is the same. Part III: Since we have a couple people with limited war experience, Skaro has graciously agreed to let us have a 4x4 war for training purposes. These wars have concluded and WD's members have been instructed to send peace. Part Four: New League of Nations and WD's are not "War Gaming". One of their members have attacked our AA, and I have been countered, so this is a Recognition of Hostilities. If NLoN thinks they can continue to downdeclare my 6 man AA without repricussions, then they can be my guest. I don't care if I have 6 members or 30, I'm going to defend my alliance the same.
