They are an honorable and respected nation, one large in size with leaders who are fair in practice. They own huge territory, much of it their own land and another sizable portion dedicated to protectorate status. Today, we wish to reduce the size of their protectorates to establish our own nation, henceforth referred to as the "Chancellery of Cyrantia", our chosen national title. We have decided upon our requested land grant from SR Vaule, as is shown in [url=http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/Lynneth_del_Serpentas/AE/Thing348.png]this map, graciously provided by Ceylon's mapmakers.[/url] We at the Chancellery of Cyrantia wish to express our right to exist, and thus request a meeting with the leadership of SR Vaule to discuss our independence. Assuming these talks go well, we will distribute a true Declaration of Existence, outlining our government and policies. With this, we acknowledge the leaders of the world, and can only hope we may join the international community as our own nation promptly. We did not mean to overlap borders or annex non-protectorate land, it was simply overlooked. The adjusted map presented by Ceylon is correct, and we will adjust our statement, using the corrected map. Again, our most sincere apology to the UFE for this small conflict, we hope there is no future difficulty between us.
