[OOC: Interesting comparison, but lets frame it correctly. Instead of Iraq, lets use North Korea. Let's assume that North Korea declared war on South Korea. The USA, England, France, Germany, Italy, etc etc etc then declared war on North Korea. North Korea starts nuking everyone it is at war with. Then, Singapore declares war on North Korea, is it realistic to expect North Korea to NOT nuke them?]
