o/ FAN mpol, your announcements are pure win

IMHO wonders should be left alone it is hard enough to have the wonder clock ticking on time. Having to replace them would just suck and for me personally, might be reason enough to quit the game.

while my 2 cents don't matter, I will say it anyway they should get rid of their Perma ZI list or whatever they call it nowadays. Targeting individuals through re-rolls and everything else is IMHO just plain wrong. It has ruined the game for many, and while I realize many may not return, they should still be let off.

So I was buying my shipyards and dry docks today like all the other cool kids, still not sure why I bought them tho. Bought 5 of each, like I wanted to. Then I realized I had not paid my bills. You can look at my nation here Wheretheheckawhata You haven't paid your bills today. You last paid your bills on 7/7/2008. I am pretty sure its a bug edit: for that matter, I can also buy land without paying bills and I know it requires paid bills as at it states on the screen

Of course your bills relate to your trades. The interstate only relates to your nation, obviously. I got it for my 5k Infra jump. Its not just what you save on bills, but also on the cost of infra. I found it well worth the money at 5k infra

defcon 4, defcon 1 or no change?

Is that what happened in my last war So, if I am at war, it is pointless for me to go to Defcon 1, since my opponent can use spies till he successfully changes my defcon to 4 before inflicting massive damage. As I did not have a whole lot of spies on hand and my opponent had max spies, it was a guaranteed defcon 4 every time. I kept wondering of the "randomness" factor but thought it was just my unlucky break. IMHO that is a huge door for abuse, if it is a guaranteed defcon 4 on success from defcon 1. And since I always had to change my defcon from 4 from the prior day to 1 and then got spied on, which obviously results in me not being able to change my defcon again for the day. So, defcon basically becomes useless once someone successfully spies and changes it for you
