It completly depends on how you define success. ttb-cb merger created the Crimson Brigade I would consider successful. TUA members merging into CB i'd also consider successful. Though we didnt exactly unmerge when /A\/A\ died. Now back to celebrating CAL's formation. *goes to get more beer.

Havent heard anyone mention the Crimson Blades in a long while I think its only 1(though they could have had others) which was the merger of the Crimson Blades with my alliance The Twilight Brigade over a year and a half ago to form Crimson Brigade. Crimson Brigade has been involved in 3 mergers now, The Undead Alliance merging into Crimson Brigade, the failed merging to form /A\/A\ and now the merger with New Auric Armada to form Crimson Auric Legion.

For too long the gene seed of the Crimson Brigade and New Auric Armada space marine chapters has been diminishing. Much has been lost to mutation and attack. The Adeptus Terra has stepped in and declared that these 2 chapters be re-founded as 1 single chapter. Today I proclaim the founding of the Crimson Auric Legion. Crimson Brigade aa will be protected by us as our new recruit aa New Auric Armada aa will be protected for the next month. Our charter. And our current gov. Preamble This treaty is between the alliances of The Crimson Brigade and The Military Establishment of Righteous Countries with the intention of further ensuring the safety, security and prosperity of the membership of each alliance. It also serves as a symbol of the continually improving friendship, loyalty and bond shared between the two signatory alliances. Article I - Sovereignty It must be understood that both alliances shall remain sovereign and independent organizations. Either organization undertaking action (aggressive or defensive) against other entities not included in this agreement does so without implication of the other signatory. Article II - Non-Aggression No member of either signatory may participate in, support, or condone military action against a member within the corresponding signatory. If a member nation of either signatory alliance is found to have done this, they will be ordered to offer peace within 24 hours of the initial notification, and pay reparations equivalent to the total damages inflicted. This payment of reparations must not take place if doing so would be in violation of any other treaty, document or instrument of surrender. Defending nations are required to limit retaliation to the number and type of attacks received. If the attacking nation refuses to offer peace to the defending nation within the specified time frame, without credible reason explaining the lack of compliance to the articles of this treaty, the attacking nation will be expelled from their alliance. Further, the expelled nation is to be considered a rogue by both signatory alliances, and dealt with accordingly. Article III - Civility The membership of each signatory commit to remaining civil towards each other at all times, particularly in public channels, but also in private, at all times. Article IV - Financial Assistance In case of a conflict involving an attack on a signatory alliance by a third party, the attacked alliance may request financial aid, and the requested alliance, while not obligated to, is strongly encouraged to send available aid. This article can be enacted by the leadership of either alliance, and legitimate requests for financial assistance include, but are not limited to: rogue attacks, not take place if doing so would be in violation of any other treaty, document or instrument of surrender. Defending nations are required to limit retaliation to the number and type of attacks received. Article V - Espionage Both signed alliances agree that under no circumstances shall either signatory alliance engage in espionage against the other. Further, should a signatory receive information that points towards a possible leak in another signatory's security, this information must be shared and discussed immediately. Article VI - Intelligence Neither signatory alliance shall withhold information from the other signatory alliance that constitutes a direct threat to the security or well-being of the other signatory alliance. Both signatories shall strive to keep the each other informed of non-emergency situations as often as possible. Article VII - Senate All senators from both alliances agree not to sanction members of the other signatory alliance. However, such sanctions may be placed against nations declared rogues by both alliances. Article VIII - Termination Termination of this pact requires 72 hours notice. This notice is required to be given firstly via private channels. Any intentional or planned violations of the articles within this treaty result in the treaty being considered immediately void, unless otherwise agreed upon by the leadership of both signatories. Just posting some new things from CB, finaly got round to writing our new charter It is the 41st millennium and there is only war. Today we proclaim that we shall never fall, we shall never fail in our task. We shall wage war in the name of peace; we shall smite the heretic, burn the mutant and purge the unclean from existence. We are the Crimson brigade, we are the Emperor’s angels of death, we are space marines. Guiding Principles of the Crimson Brigade. Death Before Dishonour Do Not Doubt The Will Of The Emperor Suffer Not The Heretic To Live We Fight For Peace; We shall Let Our Enemies Have None No-one Is Beyond The Emperor’s Judgement The universe has many horrors yet to throw at us. This is not the end of our struggle. This is just the beginning of our crusade to save Humanity. Be faithful! Be strong! Be vigilant! Attainment of Membership Every servant has his place, no matter how lowly or modest. To know it is his greatest comfort, to excel within it is his greatest solace, and his master’s contentment is his greatest reward. The application process occurs thus 1. Post an application on Crimsonbrigade.co.uk with the following information, Nation Name; Ruler Name; Nation Strength; Team; Former alliance; Are you involved in a conflict? (yes/no); Please note down any information about your past which may influence your application, Do not try to hide your past, we shall discover all you try to hide and you shall feel our righteous wrath for your lies. 2. A Chaplain will review your application and admit you as a member; you shall change your Alliance Affiliation to Crimson Brigade. It is unacceptable and considered heretical to be a member of The Crimson Brigade while maintaining membership in another alliance without permission from either the Chapter Master. Governmental structure of the Crimson Brigade I. The Crimson Council. All members have a vote in the Crimson Council; they are responsible for voting upon treaties, declarations of war and peace terms. II. Chapter Leadership 4 space marines shall be chosen to handle the day to day running of the Crimson Brigade. They are honour bound to always do what is best for the alliance and not to allow personal grudges to interfere with their duties Head Librarian – ensures proper organisation is maintained. Master of Sanctity – Watches over and teaches new recruits. Commander of the Arsenal – in charge of all war preparations and training. Master of the Forge – in charge of ensuring aid flows efficiently. III. The Primarch/Chapter Master. The Primarch/Chapter Master is the leader of the alliance until they resign, they leave Cybernations for good or are removed by the crimson council. They have full authority over the alliance and can expel members who are considered threats to the alliance’s security and safety (expulsion requires a 75%+ vote from the chapter leadership). Also they are permitted to interfere in the working of any department as they see fit. When the chapter master resigns they are given the title “Guardian of The Crimson Brigade” and shall act as an advisor to the current Chapter Master. Code of Conduct I. Crimson Brigade members are forbidden from attacking any other Crimson Brigade member. II. It is forbidden to attack a non-Crimson Brigade member unless proper approval has been given by the military hierarchy. III. No member may say anything outside of the Crimson Brigade private forums that contradicts or endangers the Crimson Brigade or its decisions. IV. Any member who refuses to follow orders during wartime will face a trial. Upon completion of the trial, their fate will be decided upon, ranging from a fine to perma ZI. Combat Doctrine —Classified— All information regarding this topic has been classified to ensure effective operation during combat, below are the most basic regulations that must be followed, and are thus permitted to be viewable to all. I. Raiding of any nation is forbidden, only scavengers and heretics raid. II. Always fight with honour above all else. III. Death Before Dishonour, do not force your commanding officer to make an example of you. IV. Do not send insults or other inappropriate messages to your target. We are above them and thus do not have to show our superiority through petty insults, though if you receive them from the enemy it shall only prove how far they are beneath you. V. Always listen to the orders of your superiors, if you have a problem with one of your superior’s orders; please contact an officer above their rank. War declarations I. War on another Alliance can be declared by the chapter leadership with a 75% +1 favourable vote within the crimson council. II. An alliance is considered any group of 2 or more nations under a single AA. III. Espionage will not be condoned by The Crimson Brigade, unless during a time of war, during which, nation-on-nation is the only form of espionage tolerated, and only when performed on enemy nations. Use of Nuclear Armaments. 1. It is forbidden to use nuclear weapons without first acquiring permission from an officer. 2. Nuclear first strikes are forbidden except in extreme circumstances. 3. If you are nuked by a rogue you have permission to counter attack them and them alone with nuclear weapons. 4. In certain situations limited nuclear strikes against key enemy targets will be authorised, be prepared for counter attacks at all times. Amendments. Any member may propose amendments to the constitution, but they must be approved by a 75% vote in favour by the Crimson Council and must be approved by the Chapter Master. Until the Crimson Brigade reaches 50 members or 300k strength the Chapter Master may amend this document as they see fit. Just over 3 months ago CB merged with others to create /A\/A\, 2 weeks ago CB began reforming ingame because we wanted back what we lost in the merger. We wanted to rebuild our home. Though I guess I should have never bothered with posting this. People dont want to hear about people rebuilding what they once had, i'll try not to interrupt your fun again anytime soon

First our flag and first treaty, the same we signed over 1 year ago Yet Another Boring Protectorate Treaty Article I The reason for this protectorate is the longstanding friendship between the International (INT) and the Crimson Brigade (CB). Article II This pact will not interfere with the internal or foreign sovereignty of the protectorate, CB. Article III In case of an attack against CB, INT will use all available military, economic and/or political power to assist its protectorate. Article IV If the attack on CB has been deemed their own fault or if they ask INT not to intervene, the protector will oblige. Article V If INT finds itself engaged in war, it may ask CB for financial/military aid. CB is encouraged but not required to offer such aid. Article VI CB pledges to be an outstanding group among the other residents of the cyberverse and will not make a fool out of itself or of its protector. Article VII This agreement may be canceled by either of the parties involved and has a 72 hour cancellation period during which the protectorate will stand valid. They were immediately ZI'd for doing so, but we have decided to let others know our position on this subject. We also have our own special ZI restricted to those who really annoy me psotpwwthfezi = please stop oh the pain when will this finaly end ZI In addition, due to Uber's radio suicide we have placed him on ZI, this will commence when we have someone in range, extremely drunk, and who looks like a well dressed troll. So it will be sometime before I am able to ZI him. Though I am sure someone else already has this in the works.
