I left some detail in the stalling of the surrender.
1# Sankistan, has no chance now into making a land base attack.
2# Sankistan, has very little money.
3# Sankistan, has only one way to attack me, and that is to use CMs.
Once every day Sankistan lunches Cruise Missiles just to piss me off.
He has both ignored the terms, and has given me a I don't care reply.
Sankistan sounds like he's doing a good job by continueing to cause damage on you whilst tying up one of your war slots even if it is at the expense of his own nation.
It doesn't matter how much you can beat someone down, they are not obliged to surrender.

Both Sankistan and Red blood have received this message, and both are being an AZZ about it.
Sankistan is not complying to terms at all, and Red blood is trying to slide under the terms.
Sorry to butt in here, but not complying means you've not surrendered.
And not surrendering does not make you an "AZZ".

Because I like making people miserable.

Will NpO members be able to respect themselves knowing they stepped out from a fight they started whilst their allies fought on? Orders are orders... right?
I feel that if the white peace Grub so badly wants is achieved it will be a Pyhrric victory for Polar. NpO and so many other alliances will be greatly reduced all in the name of keeping the world in order.

Agreed.
Unfortunately its lack of use (to me) seems to stem more from the negative PR backlash that leaders semm so scared of.

Probably a rude question, but if everyone here is so rubbish why continue to post here?

No they weren't.
I don't quite get the 'Uncertain Generation'. I would've gone with the 'Moralistic Generation' what with all the arguments for and against raiding.
