You do realise Stumpy mentioned the Valhalla terms in the OP, right?
Anyway, it is not too late, you can pay the balance of the $1 billion and 100K tech to the STA once you deduct the $1 and 0.01 tech per post of mine on the topic of Valhalla's reps. Let me know so I can send you a list of recipients!
Mehh there was an idea to send kronos reps, just for lulz, but they didnt want it. Good sports

Another excellent edition, Stumpy. I'm glad Karma allowed you access to a computer in your subterranean dungeon.
A good point about the Valhalla terms and PC not requesting reps. I wonder if that was their decision or one imposed on them by higher moral authorities. But, as I mentioned at the time, the Valhalla terms threw any semblance of consistency and fairness of terms out the window so we can't be too surprised that things went pear-shaped after that.
Man i would have rather paid 1 bil and 100k tech myself, if the term included, Tygaland can only make 1 post about the valhallan terms. If Tygaland makes another post about valhalla terms 1$ and 0,01 tech will be deducted from the reps.
In the end you'd be paying them.

Mehh IMO karma can do as it likes. Cause they are the winner. And the winners hand out the terms.
As long as the "THIS IS THE END OF AN ERA" and "WE WILL NOT GIVE DRACONIAN TERMS" BS stops. Cause nothing will change, The position of NPO will be taken over by TOP or some other alliance.

That comparison is invalid, as each alliance on Karma's side was actually brought in via treaty.
With a treatyweb this big, you can bring EVERY alliance on the planet in within 3 chains.

That is incorrect, the nuke itself does not bring their forces home. Checking the GA screen (with 100% odds, although you never actually see that) does. You also send a "Forces returned home" message to your enemy when this happens. If you nuke someone and don't check the GA screen his forces will remain deployed.
You give your own answer here.
You never see the 100% odds, thats why you never have 95%+ odds , thats why you never kill all his tanks.
