FIRE was originally created as a name change of The Syndicate, an alliance which already existed, so if the Karma War did not happen they would most likely still exist but just would have never changed their name. >_>

On the updated bloc membership it still has 'Halsa' and 'Apocalypse' under SF when they should be under TT. Also the 'Armed Coalition of Valor' was in TT as well. Yeah you included the Teen Titans members as well the first time. Though I guess SF-TT could technically count as a bloc as well. Also the short for Teen Titans can just be TT and it's treaty is "The Teen Titans Pact".
