It's possible. Just don't make a nation with the account you don't want, and I think after a while they will delete it automatically for you.

This won't be a constant. As AR said, we had a few people decide to change alliances. We'll start up the machine again.

Like he said, it is possible that your trades may have moved teams at some point taking away your bonus. Or, you're getting it and you don't realize it. Sometimes it can be hard to tell. Try resending the offer, and if when they accept you still are not noticing the change, then you might either want to bring this up again, or recalculate your happiness. It may be that you are getting the bonus and not realizing it. As for the events, all you can do it wait it out and hope for the best.

What would be more odd, is that you would interact with that person. From my understanding, as long as they never interact, it isn't a problem. It's if you do by mistake.

What were the means of getting 50+? Just out of pure curiosity.

I was browsing the member list a moment ago, and I was wondering if the admin staff ever goes through and deletes accounts that are not being used anymore, of accounts that do not have nations, things of that nature. And if you do, how do you do it efficiently? To me it would seem like it would have to be done on an individual basis, and would take a very long time. I know it's a stupid and pointless question, but I was just wondering, and this is the place for questions.

How would CN know that a nation has been hit do to internet line breaks or storms? The ruler couldn't come to the CN staff and tell them, so it would be impossible for them to know. As for the compression, say that was possible, it would be a great idea.

Not sure to be honest. I've never really thought about it. But, I also don't know about real life military bombers, and it's likely there could be some bombers that are helicopters.
