Nope I tried it when it was off

Using standard Internet explorer, and I tried deleting all stuff in tempory internet folder.

With my new computer I log into my account, do what needs to be done e.g collect taxes etc, but then maybe go to my nation and none of what I have done shows up, then I try to log out and it doesnt for a good few times. It then shows up the login feature and after logging in It still shows up as if i havent done anything today. This can happen a few times until I turn off computer and wait till later to come back on and the changes show up. I think it may be my internet settings maybe? Im running windows vista and conmputer top of range and brand new

Ok, firstly dont under estimate me, I was typing through my playstation 3. I'm highly educated and have achieved top grades. That's all I'll say for that and secondly, I havent created two account but was just asking If I could start a fresh account before the other was deleted.

I would only have one nation , but another account without a nation would exist is that against the rules

If I have another nation created with another account whilst I already have an account ( with no nation) will I be at risk of being banned? If I would be is there anyway for me to delete that account?

I went into anarchy on the 23rd after I deployed to many soldiers, now I have changed my government type to what it was before ( capitalist) and yet my income has not gone back up to it's normal level. It was $47.77 but now remains at $29, I dont have a clue why that should happen as nothing else has changed.

Thats alot of work right there and yet you still might not even get there due to inactivity etc of some nations

I think it is rather strange that the less dense colours such as yellow, pink etc still require a senator to have 30 votes in order to create a sanction, I mean sometimes getting 30 votes on this aint possible due to the shear lack of numbers. Maybe the number of votes needed should be reduced?
