  1. Joseph Black, Start a superfluous check list no one cares about, check. Add big words in hopes people won't notice you can't differentiate between your and you're, check. You should be answering why your alliance was planning an attack on FAN and with who's blessing, instead of cherry picking. Insincerely, GK.
  2. What gives you the right to use a tactic that is reserved for rogues like Sir Kindle? Are we really there yet or are you guys just that desperate to see a bent knee? Did you for example, contact everyone else doing tech deals with us?
  3. Yeah because they actually did it. The MHA/Umbrella faction went out with a bang and did so largely on their own, which is always respectable. This is another group of people entirely. These people are the type that plot away and never make a move unless it's guaranteed they won't be outgunned. We call them pixel huggers. A VietFAN vet shouldn't let the likes of them dictate who you can and can't do business with. It is an outrage against your very legacy.
  4. No, you're on the right track, it was definitely a threat. We are, after all, talking about the same people who planned to roll what's left of your alliance last year-
  5. Lol You got it all wrong. We're the ones burning. They're over here drowning in their own self-adulation: Never too late to learn how to swim though.
  6. Thought I'd do them the courtesy of making it official since they are already imposing themselves upon the rest of the game; I'm pretty sure this includes everyone equally, them being fearless and all, so please don't send us tech deals or else they might attack you!
  7. No one say anything The ultimate trade, awaiting its ultimate practitioner...
  8. Date Announcement Title 4/28/2019 8:30:21 PM A General's Speech ...we have already conquered; On the right and left two seas enclose you, without your possessing even a single ship for escape... Here, soldiers, where you have first met the enemy, you must conquer or die; ...I do not regard it, soldiers, as of small account that there is not a man among you before whose eyes I have not often achieved some military exploit; and to whom, in like manner, I, the spectator and witness of his valor, could not recount his own gallant deeds, particularized by time and place. With soldiers who have a thousand times received my praises and gifts, I, who was the pupil of you all before I became your commander, will march out in battle-array against those who are unknown to and ignorant of each other. On whatever side I turn my eyes I see nothing but what is full of courage and energy: a veteran infantry; cavalry, both those with and those without the Manhattan Project, composed of the most gallant nations, you, our most faithful and valiant allies, you COBRAS, who are about to fight as well for the sake of your alliance as from the justest resentment. We are the assailants in the war, and descend into the Freehold with hostile standards, about to engage so much more boldly and bravely than the foe, as the confidence and courage of the assailants are greater than those of him who is defensive. Besides, suffering, injury, and indignity inflame and excite our minds: they first demanded me, your leader, for punishment, and then all of you who had laid siege to FTW; and had we been given up they would have visited us with the severest tortures. That most cruel and haughty alliance considers everything it's own, and at it's own disposal; it thinks it right that it should regulate with whom we are to have war, with whom peace; it circumscribes and shuts us up by the boundaries of mountains and rivers which we must not pass, and then does not adhere to those boundaries which it appointed... there is nothing left to us in any quarter, except what we can assert to ourselves by arms. Those may be cowards and dastards who have something to look back upon; whom, flying through safe and unmolested roads, their own lands and their own country will receive: there is a necessity for you to be brave, and, since all between victory and death is broken off from you by inevitable despair, either to conquer, or, if fortune should waver, to meet death rather in battle than in flight. If this be well fixed and determined in the minds of you all, I will repeat, you have already conquered; no stronger incentive to victory has been given to man by the immortal gods. TLDR;
  9. I guess you cannot defend your allies unless a third of Planet Bob is holding your hand along the way.
  10. @ButtonyMeteor53, so brave in defense of your allies. Your application to join the ranks of the mighty RFI signatories has been met with approval because you too, have failed to defend FTW against all her assailants. Those are exactly the type of pixel hugging tactics they are looking for- congrats! 11. To: slymenstrua hymen From: Kaznawim Date: 5/3/2019 12:46:26 PM Subject: A better option Message: Is to surrender instead of fighting a war that your alliance should of never been involved with in the first place. How is Lex going to coup Sir William and then send your alliance to the slaughter? We're just getting warmed up
  12. The digital premises hereabouts have expediently provided us all an almost trivial prerogative that you may be inclined to notice if you were but to shift your gaze towards the sinistral (or uppermost, if you're mobile) section of each post. Stop being such a dork. -Disrespectfully, GK -General Kanabis -THE GENERAL -KANABIS -IN CASE YOU DID'NT ALREADY KNOW, I AM GENERAL KANABIS.
  13. First time I ever see one of your post in a non-condescending format. What gives? Is that really you or are you just triggered?
  14. Size restriction on AA's might liven the place up. If bigger alliances (not all of them) weren't so focused on this desperate need to continue expanding their already bloated masses (hint the utter lack of active recruitment and increase in illicit activity), then maybe the world would undergo a drastic change of pace and environment on it's own. When new players get here they often seek out the big alliances. This might not have been such a big deal when there were thousands more active players, but it is a tragedy nowadays. These people stay there, they wonder up, they become tech heavy and vastly wealthy... and then they dwindle into obscurity- into inactivity, without having ever truly played the game. Picture yourself as a new player. Completely innocent to the thrills and the trauma you will experience here. You arrive and you see before you an expanse of land where upon every other stop is a posse of uncouth bandits spreading mayhem, or a knightly order of warriors defending their kin, or a tribe of wise poets who prefer isolation- if you can picture it in your head, it probably exists here! You make a faction choice and no matter what you choose, you have fun. Now; picture yourself as a prisoner. You see before you Cell Blocks A-Z, these are your choices. No matter where you end up, the probability of being bored to extinction is a real one. Shankings are no longer common place (this is literally the only thing you have to look forward to your whole time there). The guards have everything under control.
  15. Too much bureaucracy eventually leads to pixel hugging habits.
  16. Legalize swearing for $%&@'s sake! This prohibition !@#$%^&* is getting us nowhere.
  17. For RFI apparently because they need to be "activated" to defend their ally, except of course for when it is convenient to claim otherwise.
  18. That wouldn't be a problem if you guys didn't claim to defend your allies against ANYONE who attacked them (disbanded/or otherwise) but The Legion for example, was very adamant about that. RFI policy change since then? Article III: Rolling for InitiativeEdit If any member of RFI is attacked, all players shall enter combat. Roll for Initiative.
