The Antarctic Federation as sent Ambassador Michael Ganton to the Capital City of Baffin Island for establishment of an embassy as was discussed previously. We hope everything runs smoothly.

The Antarctic Federation welcomes both of your nations. If you send an ambassador over to our capital, we will get to work establishing embassies for the Northlands and Baffin Island. We shall do the same. And while our nation has geothermal technology, we would love to work in a joint effort with your scientists to improve the existing systems to further both of our nations.

Then we have a deal. Installation of the software systems shall begin when you are ready. Our Engineer Duane Kennedy will be in charge of that. The Federal Enforcement Service is seeking to expand the Antarctic Federation into the rest of Antarctica. This would serve to avoid congestion and over pollution of the Antarctic Peninsula and allow a larger population. Candidates and means of expansion are currently being decided, although West seems like the most obvious route. Diplomatic relations with several other nations will be attempted. Any governments seeking to contact the Antarctic Federation for diplomacy are free to do so at any time.

The first set of laws have been finalized by the FES and have now taken effect throughout the nation. You can read all official laws at your state's local archival database. Physical copies are currently in production and will be available soon. Diplomatic relations with the UGR are currently underway at Rothera Research Station. More details to emerge once the talks conclude. The FES has currently struck a deal with the Starfast Manufacturing Co. to manufacture the Atlantic Federation's mechanized fleet, ranging from tanks, IFVs, aircraft, and ships. The Starfast Co. also manufactures civilian vehicles available in the market in Antarctica now. The company's operations are set to expand later this year to sell internationally, but keep manufacturing local.

We at the Antarctic Federation, as a new nation, would like to strengthen our ties by offering to provide Rothera Research base with software that is now standard with ll research stations in the Antarctic Peninsula for free. The software would allow you access to maps of the region with updated GPS locations of routes for travel, points of interest and more useful information. The software will also allow you to communicate with any Antarctic Federation Research Stations more efficiently allowing for research and other information between stations to be easily shared. It can also give you a direct line to our capital if contact is necessary. If you agree to allowing the installation of this software at your base, redistribution is prohibited without prior approval of the Federation. Modifications are, however, acceptable. Our second proposition is to build to military outpost nearby in Rothera to provide security in the region, which lacks military oversight. The location would allow the Enforcers' Guard Brigade effective oversight of the area being near a Research Station. If you would like, they may also help with security of your station in conjunction with Rothera's security team, following all station procedures. If you do not want an outpost so close to your base, we will choose another location on Adelaide Island. We hope that you agree to these propositions. If you have any questions, we will be able to answer any while we are at the station.

My team would be able to arrive in under a day, and talks between our nations are aimed only to strengthen ties between the International community.

The Antarctic Federation seeks to send a diplomatic mission to Rothera Research station to discuss affairs on the running of the station and hopefully strengthen ties between our two nations.

Following the founding of the new Antarctic Federation, the nation is working diligently to set up a stable political and social environment. The overseeing body of the government, the Federal Enforcement Service, is now aiming to create an official set of laws to safeguard the nation. After completion of the first set of laws, citizens will be able to communicate through secure government channels to propose laws in collaboration with all Antarctic citizens. As of now, the entire Antarctic Peninsula belongs to the Federation. All research stations in the area have been converted previously, with the exception of Rothera Research Station, which belongs to the United Guyanese Republic and shall operate under UGR rules. The land is to be divided into several city-states operating autonomously from each other. City-states will be centered around research bases and the surrounding land will be governed and maintained by the state. Each state will be overseen by a Federally appointed governor for a term of two years, after which citizens may elect a new governor for their state. There is no term limit, however, should a governor abuse their power, they can be ousted through impeachment or military force. Each state will have Enforcers' Guards Brigade units acting as a police force alongside a volunteer force comprised of citizens from the area. The seat of Federal Enforcement Services will be located in the newly built capital city Wakefield. The FES currently plans to start diplomatic relations regarding Rothera Research Base with the UGR.

After decreased funding for scientific affairs in the Antarctic Region from nations around the world, several large organizations have decided to found a new nation in the Antarctic. The Antarctic Peninsula is now home to the Antarctic Federation. This new nation seeks only to further the interests of humanity and maintain peace and equality for all through unimpeded research efforts. We are a democratic nation where all citizens have a voice and the citizens are the lawmakers. The nation is also built on capitalistic ideals to support a strong outwards economy. There is no centralized governing body, but to ensure the nation runs smoothly an overseeing body is present to ensure all enforcement and maintenance of laws to prevent crime as well as communicate and maintain diplomatic relations with nations around the world. The Antarctic Federation seeks only peace with outside nations and welcomes all with hopes of trade However, a trained military force is present to ensure the survival and security of the nation.
