CLASSIFIED MILITARY ACTIONS The US First Fleet currently deployed to Hawaii, will be permanently stationed at Naval Base Pearl Harbor. All relevant command and support units will make the transition over the next several weeks. President George Heller has appointed ADM Nathaniel Rhodes as the Commander of United States Pacific Command (USPACOM). USPACOM will be headquartered at Joint-Base Hilo. He will oversee all US military affairs in the Pacific region, as well as act as the American observer during the transition to Hawaii's full turnover to Tikal. US First and Second Fleets will fall under this command.

If, and thats IF Tywin is brought on as SECDEF he could RP the training and organization of the USAF. However if the US ever went to war myself, mona, and tywin would still have to RP our own actions.

PUBLIC INFORMATION With the fall of the Republic of Indiana the states of Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan have been placed as a protectorate under the United States of America. CLASSIFIED MILITARY ACTIONS From the several states, 53,000 National Guardsmen would move into each newly protected state and establish a permanent military presence. The guardsmen would first establish law and order, and then begin reconstructing much needed utilities and distributing humanitarian aid. Air Force assets would be available but not used unless the claim was contested.

US Forces in Hawaii would be reduced significantly ground and air wise. The United States would take up the offer by Tikal and would order Army Engineers to begin building a military facility in Hilo. This base would house one Marine Expeditionary Unit along with 10 F-22 fighters and 2 B-2 stealth bombers. Task Force 141 would continue clean up efforts alongside Tikal's units. The Second and Third Fleets would be ordered to NB San Diego. The First Fleet would remain in the area to provide any needed naval deterrence to foreign powers. All army combat brigades have been ordered state side along with the I Marine Expeditionary Force. All remaining Air Force assets would also be ordered back home with 26 F-22, 3 B-2, and 5 B-52 Stratofortress ordered to NB San Diego. The 1st Marine Expeditionary Brigade would remain to provide security duties until the military base was finished being built. Additional army and government sponsored engineers would arrive across Hawaii to rebuild any damaged infrastructure to allow the new population a means of quality living. The Department of State and Department of Interior would work jointly in offering incentives to American citizens to move to Hawaii. The Department of Finance and Trade would offer additional incentives for large and small businesses to open offices and manufacturing plants in Hawaii to promote jobs. Within three weeks over 40,000 Americans arrived along with ample employment opportunities. The majority of this population would be in Hilo, surrounding the new military base.

Task Force 141, a specialized NBC naval contingent with special forces, has remained in the vicinity of Pearl Harbor while the rest of the Naval Force set up a blockade around the islands of Hawaii. Reports indicate that the evaluation process of the site has been finished and determined that the nuclear waste is not a severe as once believed. The commander of Task Force 141 has said that the base can be reconstructed and cleaned up within a certain amount if time (exact is classified). The US Naval Force would permit the passage of the ship.

The Plains Federation is considered part of this coalition and therefore will be permitted to conduct their operations.

PART 1 After realizing the fate of Pearl Harbor, Task Force 141 would stay with special operators to conduct field tests and seek the plausibility of rendering the base operable. The First and Second Fleets (5 Carrier Strike Groups and 3 Expeditionary Strike Groups) would be ordered to form an immediate naval blockade around the Hawaiian islands. Naval warships from Tikal would be permitted to assist in the operation. Any foreign warship who comes within 200 miles of Hawaii must identify themselves and ask for permission to pass. Any that refuse to recognize this blockade will be issued one verbal warning on an open frequency. If the unidentified ships refuse to turn around, they will be dealt with enough naval firepower to no longer a threat to US and coalition forces. Hawaiian airspace would continued to be closed to unallied aircraft and patrolled by bombers, fighters, AWACS, and aerial refuelers. 100 F-35A fighters would be deployed to Honolulu Int. Airport to conduct future military operations.
