How the hell did this happen? This war should have been like the Anglo-zanzabar war, over in half an hour. How the hell did you guys SURRENDER? How did you even agree with reps knowing you had over 2X the nations to throw at them? Even if NSF was unprepared for war, they had TWO TIMES the nations of the entire other side of the war.

Literally every alliance on Planet Bob are hypocrites (except maybe the neutrals?). Every single one of them. That is what politics are. Hypocrisy also doesn't make what you say any less true. IRON may have done that, it doesn't make whatt the SPA did any better or worse

Last time I checked, I am not IRON the alliance, I am a member of IRON. This is something that needs to be reminded since people in here seem to think that being a part of an alliance=full support for whatever the alliance does. If you looked at my nation you would see I rejoined right before the war ended

I am actually saying that it would have been a lot wiser for you all to wait until this war was over. I am not making any judgement about what you are saying about Vos. Pros and cons of waiting. Cons: You low-tier nations get wrecked (and fixed with one round of aid) Pros: You don't look terrible and scar your reputations. You give more attention (assuming what you say about Vos is true) to how terrible Vos is and why you are justified in leaving Guinness. I am not saying Vos is a victim, I am saying you look like cowardly traitors for this when you could have saved all this trouble by waiting.

You haven't ensured the safety of your nations. To do that you need to sign more than one treaty and good luck in that endeavor. Also, your second paragraph tends to happen when you get a large percentage of an alliance to leave in the middle of a war and ally with the opposing side.

What looked like the "best for the alliance" was only good in the short-run. It would have been better for you all to be wrecked and then leave (and if what you guys are saying about Vos is true) with praise than do this and be marked for the rest of your careers. People still talk about shit from over 6 years ago and still judge people for it.

I usually don't believe peace has been reached until an announcement is made and I'm not being attacked anymore. Regardless if you guys were told by Vosegus that peace was reached, no one else was and so you look like cowards. This is pure idiocy. If the position is idiotic, yet they have facts in it most of the time they are misapplying the facts or using some type of fallacy. If your side is the one with the correct logic and in line with reality your side is the correct one. The inability of your opponent to recognize he lost does not change the fact that you are right, it just means he is an idiot and shouldn't be trying to argue. Thrawn is also right, you rarely pull your opponent on your side, debates are for the people watching. Hopefully the people watching aren't persuaded by bad logic and bad evidence.

If someone is plain wrong and they ignore all the points and evidence brought on from the other side of the argument, they are intellectually dishonest at best. This is more of a comment on the pettiness of people rather than debates and arguments

Newer nations don't have the improvement slot for it :p I don't like either the red light district or casino since small nations have other improvement priorities and larger nations will probably see little gain or possibly even harm

Maybe I should have been more wide with my words. My youngest coworker is more than three times my age and during the regular year I work at a senior care center and help them in their computer room to learn how to use a printer and go to google.com. So I'm well aware of the realities in that demographic. I also never called them stupid, but from what I've seen working with my friends (yes I consider my coworkers my friends, funny since I apparently called them stupid) only one can actually use the store computer. So based on that experience (and I'm not saying this sample size is representative of the entire US population) where only one of my coworkers know how to use the computer competently out of the thirty or so, I say that the majority do not know how to use the internet.

I would disagree about old people knowing how to use a computer. I know plenty of forty year olds who know little more than click the mouse, let alone use the internet
