i was told by someone to try clearing my cache, and after he told me how to do that, it is now allowing me to do both things. i am sorry to have wasted your time. by the way, i was current in my bills :)

for the last two weeks i haven't been able to send foriegn aid on my se nation armida. it wasn't imperative to send out aid, so i have just been waiting to see if it would clear up on it's own. but now, today, i haven't been able to buy improvements in te, the nation of laraj. this is imperative, as i just rerolled. i can get as far as the screen that shows buy improvement, etc. i hit the button, and it just sits there. i have 8 improvement slots open. i am using firefox 24.0. please help, as my allianace is at wr, and i am going to get zi'd again, which will force me to reroll again.

:psyduck: are you trying to cause color-blindness? :( jk. interesting site. were you aware that on some settings, most notably when those of the mutual defense options are on, the site gives off slight bopping sounds? like those a cursor gives off when it's held on one side too long? i had to turn my speakers up to find out what it was :P at, least, it does on my computer. :frantic: it is a lot easier to read than the 3-d images i've seen.

i do. you've already got turtlers now, just think what this would do to the wars if this was implemented by every nation..

i am, or was (had no te alliance for most of the rounds), a casual player, like a lot of older se nations. i would really like to see the bolded options implemented. lots of us older (3-4+ years playing) nations are tech sellers, either for a while or for most of our time on the game. this(these) setting(s) would help generate a lot more interest, imho, among those of us without the upper-tier nations everyone else seems to be referencing. we don't get all that much war practice, since in every (se) war we're being hit by upper-tier nations knocked down to our size, so we get nuked every day for 6-7 days in every alliance-wide war. that doesn't give us much practice, you know? this/these would. just my two cents.
