While if allies could support him without the threat of war to show their displeasure with GOONS the frightening possibility that people would step up to cover 1,500 worth of Tech in a week or two would stand as a testament of support for Methrage.... But I guess having Methrage personally send the Tech is for the "best" for GOONS so..... Yea.

Does Methrage have to pay off the tech personally, or could some of his *cough* Goons Haters gonna Hate *cough* "Allies" step in to help him pay off the tech?

So you could always see the Nuclear reports based on alliances? Not shifting through the Nuclear Report Logs? If so... My Bad. Else-wise, the convenient click of a button makes the information much more accessible and thus usable.

So apparently you can view all Alliance Nuclear Reports with a touch of a button.... Unless I am crazy this is a new feature. How will this change the game? Will it?

No. If an alliance is going to form, its going to form. In existing longer than the fizzled out attempt would normally dictate? Of course.
