It should not matter where the goods/money/tech comes from as long as it is paid. The fact that GOONS is limiting it to Methrage brings it to fact that it isn't Entirely Reparations, but GOONS Forcing Methrage into a slightly humiliating position. I would liken the situation to a small guy going up to a bigger guy and punching him in the face. Then the bigger guy and the smaller guy get in a one sided skirmish where the little guy did get a hit or potentially two in, but the other guy utterly dominated the smaller guy. Then at the end when the bigger guy has the smaller guy pinned to the ground demanding money for ruining his clothing and possessions(which the little guy rightfully owes) but also being forced to admit to the world that he is a fairy with a small wiener. I fully support the reparation amount and freely admit that Meth is getting off light in that regard, but not the associated Allies have to stand by and do nothing. Would support a heavier reparation amount without the limit.
