1. As Emperor of the New Pacific Order the only treaty I would be interested in would be signing a sort of archnemesis pact with some enemy alliance like MK or FAN. The terms would be such that if one party is attacked, the other party must either come to the first party's defense or join in the assault. At first glance one might expect the two alliances to always choose to attack each other, but I think what would actually happen is that more often than not the two team up in order to turn an otherwise even war into a curbstomp of some third party.
 2. Your trolling attempts aren't the greatest, but they are often well-timed and you don't seem to get bogged down responding to the tools.

 3. You and Vladimir are why I joined NPO. I was sad to see that you were long gone by the time I arrived.

 4.
Shown to be the best by who? By an anonymous and arbitrary "academy" hosted by NPO? MK, Umbrella, and others that NPO doesn't like wins the CN when awards that everyone on these boards has access to and can vote in, so they create their own with anonymous participants of their choosing. If you really were the best you wouldn't have to do that, now would you?
If you or your alliance take issue with the way NPO runs a CN award show, perhaps you should take the initiative to run your own award show (or other social function to determine the best alliance).[ooc: seriously, it'd be nice if someone came up with some counter-propaganda every now and then instead of whining about NPO's propaganda efforts] Until then we can only go with what we have, and if what we have tends to show that the NPO is the best alliance then so be it.
 5. o/ The 2010 nominees of the Cybernations Academy Awards! This will be my first year seeing the awards, and I eagerly await the outcome.
I thought just for a second this might actually be something fun and non-propaganda like coming out of the NPO.....something that was actually beneficial to our community. After reading this part however, I'm sure the whole thing will be another ridiculous attempt at trying to convince everyone the NPO is so amazing with a fake awards show. You'd do yourself a favor by not being so butthurt that so many alliances dislike you.
If anyone is butthurt here it is the nation leaders that rage every time Pacifica is shown to be the best. I do not understand what you mean by "fake" awards show, Sir Paul stated that the awards are to take place at the Imprimatur Theatre in Springfield, SIR PAUL. Do you doubt his commitment to hosting the awards?
 6.
Interesting how the NPO has resorted to reposting internal propaganda from two months ago. Too busy fighting for your "homeland" to come up with anything new? (Tabloid Tribune doesn't count because it's such a terrible publication.)
How is this propaganda in any way? It was obviously a little joke piece made for Pacificans; are you so blinded by hate that even such a simple thing as this registers as propaganda for you?
 7. You know you're in CN when one person starts a thread with a post that reaches the maximum word limit, and then there are 15 pages of two-sentence-long posts bickering about the OP's interpretation of what happened without actually discussing the topic of the thread itself.
 8.
If you've been tried, convicted, punished and you know you did it, yes, I'd imagine you would admit that you did it at that point. The fact that the NPO doesn't do so is part of its unpopularity (particularly as several of the alliances they did it to are now in positions of some power). ...
This is a perfectly valid argument. Doomhouse's and other's anger could be justified if Pacificans are being disingenuous about their views on Pacfica's actions leading up to the Karma war, but who knows whether that's true or not? If we suppose that Pacificans sincerely believe that the NPO had rights to do the kind of things they were doing before Karma, should they still be forced to come up with an insincere apology under threat of war? If you believe in second chances, then there's little evidence that NPO were going to go back to their old ways, because they now know what kind of reaction that generates in the community and that it isn't in NPO's best interest to repeat such actions. It would appear that Doomhouse feels that Pacificans were disingenuous about NPO's guilt. If that's the case, I think this situation still could have been handled better. Maybe Doomhouse could have issued an ultimatum detailing their feelings about the NPO, something to prove that Doomhouse had legitimate beef with NPO (i.e. to show NPO that Doomhouse really was angry, and why they were angry, as opposed to "we actually decided you shouldn't have survived karma"). Maybe Doomhouse could have just declared on everyone in NPO who was around during Karma, and left the younger nations in NPO out of it. What bothers me is that Doomhouse gave in to paranoia and hate and decided to use brute force rather than attempting to resolve it with political actions. Heck, if they really thought the NPO was going to go back to its old ways, why didn't they get a spy to see what NPO's planning? I find Doomhouse's lack of creativity distasteful.
 9.
[citation needed] Do you mind telling me how the hit on GPA was for good? How about GATO? Forcing the first VE to disband? Keeping FAN at war for two years? How about threatening to roll GR if they didn't give NPO a reason to roll MK? If you want to lecture us about our alliance's morals, I suggest you look into the history of your own.
I'm sorry I didn't make my post clear, and my post was most certainly not intended to be a lecture about morals. What I meant was more that NPO considers themselves good, and takes pains to ensure that is how they are perceived. I'm sure that in every one of those incidents you mentioned the NPO tried to demonstrate how they were within their rights as an alliance to do such things (whether or not they were within their rights is irrelevant). Think of it this way: if someone is accused of a crime, and the evidence is largely up for interpretation, is that person going to just admit they committed the crime? It doesn't matter if the person is innocent or guilty, the line will still be the same. No matter how many times you tell someone to own up to their perceived crimes, they just aren't going to, it would make no sense (this is barring outside influence, such as coercion etc.).
Actually, we're the last true Francoists in the world. Those in charge of NPO are nothing but liars and manipulators hoping to string you along and use you as needed. That said, if you think we're jealous of your alliance, you need to stop kidding yourself. People leave NPO to join MK, not the other way around.
[ooc: please don't take this statement too seriously, I'm not trying to start a flame war] People leave NPO to join MK, see that MK lacks the strength of conviction of NPO, and become bitter that they are no longer privileged to such a powerful culture. Thus, jealousy.
 10.
Sorry but I can't read any more of this type of essay from NPO. Yes, I would agree that you're being rather unfairly treated right now, but you need to look at yourself and wonder why everyone hates you so much they'd do this to you. And seeing NPOers moralise is fairly sickening.
I don't understand why everyone makes a big deal of NPO members trying to justify NPO's actions. NPO is an alliance for good [ooc: that is, they are an alliance for "good" in character]. The NPO has great moral standards [ooc: again, in-character standards] and it only makes sense for members to try to convince people that was the NPO is doing is both good and proper. Should the NPO suddenly decide to go against itself and just say, "YEP! We've been evil all along and we're going to continue being evil for the foreseeable future." That would be absurd! Granted, you are entitled to feel sickened by excessive moralizing, but why not fight fire with fire? Or, if Doomhouse truly wants to see everything burn, they should simply counter with something like, "We don't care about your morals, we're evil, have a bad day!" instead of trying to convince people, who almost by definition believe that their alliance is utterly good, that they are in the wrong. I think this is a large part of the reason people hate NPO: they just can't stand an alliance that takes the utmost pride in itself. They see it as being condescending or pretentious, and people can't stand it. The thing is that the NPO of all alliances has the most cause to be pretentious. The NPO has been a major player since the beginning of time (or before the beginning of time, if you believe their claims about some other world), they've caused plenty of drama, they've changed how politics are played, and to top it off they have what is likely the richest (in terms of what I've seen on the World Almanac[ooc: CN wiki]) culture among the top alliances, if not the entire world. This is just further speculation, but I would go so far as to say that NPO's enemies are not merely sick of what they see as NPO's pretentious attitude, but they are jealous of all that went into the NPO. From what I've seen in my admittedly short time on planet Bob, is that MK & co. lack an internal value system, whether it be "good" or "evil". I have not seen them appeal once to a higher belief (e.g. NPO can appeal to Francoism as their motives, what does Doomhouse appeal to?). MK's supposed motives since Karma have been inconsistent at best and at worst a straight decline into insanity. Regardless, it is clear that of MK & co. at least MK lacks as solid a belief system as NPO (it would also seem that GOONS values little aside from causing a little mayhem every now and again). When members of an alliance which lacks a strong internal value system see how NPOers have such prideful posts and endlessly argue for the NPO's innocence in all matters, they simply cannot fathom that something exists which would cause an individual to believe so strongly in their own righteousness. Whereas person A might expect members of any other alliance to cede a point every now and then because the point has been argued for so long and it is clear that ceding the point would make person A happy, the NPO's internal beliefs are such that members of NPO care more about how they view themselves than how other alliances view the NPO. NPO's strong internal value system owes its thanks to Francoism and Pacifican culture. They work together to ensure that NPO members are active, thoughtful, and remain on task at all times. In my personal opinion, the NPO should give Doomhouse reparations along the lines of, "Foster culture among your respective memberships and ensure that you have a firm system of internal values." Furthermore, I feel the NPO should also give reparations when they win the war. Clearly, many are still sore at the NPO for all it's past transgressions. Wouldn't it make sense then that the NPO works with it's defeated enemies to help them rebuild? What better way to help Doomhouse rebuild than to teach them the principles of Francoism? In the past, Pacifica has been criticized for controlled other alliances after wars, but what I am imagining is that She simply provide Doomhouse with an example, to lay the groundwork if you will. In no way do I endose the NPO forcing Doomhouse to take a specific belief system, but I feel teaching them an internal value system that has already proven itself effective would go a long way to ensuring that Doomhouse will be able to meet the reparations without undue harm.
 11. How about "The Illiterate War"
... Raiding our AA would probably be a bad idea. Cheers, Dark Fist Members

We're raiding the Dark Fist AA.
