There are approximately 500,000 ethnic Koreans, called the Koryo-saram, in Central Asia following the deportations there under the orders of Stalin. We are wondering if it is possible for repatriation to be done, after asking them of their wish to return.

We are claiming that citizens from those countries are eligible to receive Koryo citizenship without having to go through the normal naturalization process. This amendment has been done because of certain projects we have in mind. Japan has nothing to fear from us, for we see you as our cousins.

Koryo has no interests in this affair, as long as there is no military conflicts.

I shall soon be revealing my leader, Emperor Chiu, for the first time to a foreignor, but given his position in Koryo as founder, I want to have the person having an audiance with him to be a very prestigious person. Anyone have any recommendations for who?

The former de facto capital, New Songdo, was a combination of Incheon and Seoul, and while the Emperor of Korea lived in the palaces of Seoul, much of the general administration of the country was conducted in the International City. This overall sprawling structure has been a drag on the government, and to put things in their right place, it has been decided by the people to move all government functions to Seoul. In addition, Seoul has been renamed Hanyang. This is because with the capital of the nation at Gaegyeong, "Seoul" could no longer be used since it meant "capital city" in Korean. With this in mind, the name of the city during the Joseon era, Hanyang, has been chosen by another vote. President Lee Myong-bak said "The old era of the Korean Empire is over. The Republic of Daehan needs to be reborn from the shadows of the old, and this change will be the right step in that direction."

If the evacuations cannot be done without military force, what will the Falklands do?

Koryo looks upon this particular action in disbelief. We would understand if the embargo was based on something more concrete like insults against sovereignty or national unity, but attemtping to destroy all relations for the reason of "being against every action", when such actions are not detrimental to the existence of Girltopia, is foolish in our eyes.

Koryo shall only notice the existence of such an unconventional country. We restrain from recognization of diplomatic relations for now.

Some time ago, Triyun sent me a PM telling me of a Chinese-Japanese War in 2008 that had some interesting peace terms (like destroying Yasukuni Shrine). This is made me interested in the general history of East Asia in CNRP. So far the most I know is that of the Empire of Korea (thank you Lavo for helping me with this), bot I wish to know the bigger picture so I can try to go for continuity. Any help, in form of summaries or links, will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
