  1. I mean you could have came up with a better CB easily. Hell ghosting somewhere is better than bandwagoning.
  2. OP obviously haven't heard of GW I, GW II, or GW III. This war has the size for GW IV, but as one poster said, GW should reserved for LUE/NAAC vs NPO
  3. So a new alliance is DoWing on the day of creation. No basis for attack other than bandwagoning. Plus this alliance has 5k NS?
  4. Sup all. I am still waiting for the day when the GOLD will rise once again.
  5. I do not understand, What happened, Looks like I have a year and half of CN history, To catch up on CN wiki.
  6. GOLD in GWII, mainly flanking weaker NPO nations.
  7. Pick me pick me pick me, lol, I want to buy http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_d...Nation_ID=74350
  8. Me and a friend had to use 9 nukes before hitting an NpO. No big deal.
  9. 1 environment is now huge; I don't have the exact numbers but it causes huge decreases in population and minor ones in happiness.
  10. Back collect for 20days then buy 50m of infra. You should be able to get back a huge proportion of it.
  11. Buy 50m of infra/improvement. Trust me on this
  12. Your PShop skills are not that great.
  13. Each level only causes a modifier to be applied to causalities on both sides. They have nothing to do with combat outcome, or there is no scenario where one type of attack is better than the other as suggested by some posters. The % are not released thus will not be disclosed.
  14. Wow; some nations are so dense. This is arguably one of the best balance in the game ever. It is suppose to have NOTHING to do with the nuclear situation. It is just that some people chose to drag this NS change into the realm of nuclear discussion. Artificially inflated NS combined with the 200% war declaration was breaking the game. Lets drop these moot arguments.
  15. 3.33 tech every day or 100 tech over 30 days; that is slow. (Standard tech deal speed) No need to set limits;
  16. Generally, I am in support of an remap of the nuke system; As CN grows, in general it becomes harder for newer nations to move into the top 5%. Its a sort of an issue with starting point; you cannot hope that a 0 day nation will catch up to a 750 day one (but the 0 day nation should not catch up anyways). The argument that you could get into the 5% is very valid, but we should give newer nations a easier path to nuclear weapons. (Clearly, I am not advocating giving more than 5% of the CN population a chance to buy nuke) However, I believe CN needs to adapt the LW system of nuke buying, where a very high infra and/or tech barrier [on the magnitude of 6500 infra and 1500 tech or 2000 tech] (fixed, instead of the ever increasing NS) should be used. A fixed rate of growth is incompatible with the ever increasing nuke barrier. However this system can run into major problems in the future as average NS in the game rises dramatically. Fun fact: average NS has doubled since GW II (for sanctioned alliances), despite numerous wars, and two NS nerfs. (Heh, this NS nerf is mild compared to the last one, it caused like 400 nations to have 49-51k NS.
  17. You are not advised to buy tech before 3000 infra minimum (4000 ideally, 5000 for GPA standards). You should buy the first 100-200 tech, in order to avoid the hassle if you intend to start building up on tech. My suggestion is to get 1000 more infra before you start this process. I personally started at 6000 infra, and bought my own 250 tech in one sitting.
  18. I mean I am pretty decent sized nation at 0.3%, I still have MP. Nothing matters when you have a HUGE warchest + MP. Soldiers/tank doesn't mean crap.
  19. R> 3m dollars for my warchest; will repay you in love, cookies, or hugs. Support Noob Kingdom!
  20. Lets see; I use 1m to buy 9000 tanks and 90000 soldiers. I get like 12k+ NS. If I spend 1m on infra, I get like 4 levels. Stop complaining about your NS; military cost next to nothing compared to infrastructure and tech (cost time).
