1. Classified Operation Plans Burgundaholmr's goals were simple: Land on Dover after the French and others have done the work, then be cannon fodder in London. The real target was the Tower of London.
 2.
***Private to the Kingdom of Burgundaholmr*** Would you like any assistance in waging war againist the American Imperialists? We can send in several Operators. Sincerely, Mary Homes (Blue Heaven Minister of Intelligence)
Classified Reply If you can get them here, then yes. We need them to occupy the Tower of London in the future.
 3. Laughter filled the room as the Burgundians read the news of Wallonia's independence. The French had said that the region would never be independent, what barely a month later, it was. The changing acts of those frog-eaters was very funny to these hardened men. "Shall we prepare for an invasion, your Majesty?" "No, there is no need for war. We just need to be comfortable with them. They'll turn around in time." To: Wallonia Rüdiger von der Goltz, Minister of Burgundaholmr, would like meet with your president to discuss relations.
 4. The Kingdom of Burgundaholmr declares war on the American Imperialists. All of the 40,000 Burgundian soldiers with 400 tanks, started boarding ships to get to the North Sea.
 5.
It still won't present spam, it'll just offer an arbitrary cap and have no reasoning behind why we use that number at all.
Just as usual, someone attacks a suggestion without bothering to think.
Alternatively: Assume missile defense batteries which are IG improvements serve a dual purpose role. Total missile platforms = IG missile defense battery improvements x Land area/50. (A set of batteries per 50 square mile coverage zone) Total available missiles = 12 x Total missile platforms. (Most launchers are at tops a dozen or less in a salvo.) Assume typical battery arrangement = 4 SAM, 4 SSM, 4 ASM near coastlines, 6 SAM, 6 SSM interior. Assume total standard CM's = 1 x Total missile platforms. Result: Logical missile quantification based on IG statistics.
I do not understand the system. Could you explain it a bit?
Yes, down with the mother$%&@ing missile spam. Why not make it 0.1 x Max IG tanks for all conventional ballistic missiles, and cruise missiles with ranges over 1,500 km? IG=IC non-nuclear WMDs remain at the 50 cap however.
That would still allow SAM spams.
I'd allow it.
Do I smell B.I.A.S.? I mean, after the wiping out of that Irish country, you're going against your own ruling.
No, there hardly is serious missile spam in the first place and binding it to your ig tank count gets you even more unlikely missile numbers than the spammers that did exist have used. The system works as it is.
Yes, it's not missile spam when a country throws 1300 missiles in a single salvo. I have editted the OP Now, I shall give an example: Let us suppose that the Great Admin, having pity on me, turns my screwed nation into a 5000 infra, 2000 tech nation. Because of this, I can now have a total of 4341 slots according to my formula. I shall base my military on the United States system 1. Naval 6 Ticonderoga class cruisers: 130 slots x 6 = 780 slots (assuming no torpedoes carried) 6 Arleigh Burke class destroyers: 102 slots x 6 = 612 slots (assuming torpedoes are carried) 6 Oliver Hazard Perry class frigates: 40 x 6 = 240 slots (assuming the Mk 13 Missile Launcher is used) 30 Virginia class submarines: 42 slots x 30 = 1260 slots Naval total slots: 2892 slots Slots remaining: 1449 2. Air Force 40 squadrons of F-22: 40 x 12 x 3 slots = 1440 slots (assuming only the internal bays are used) Remaining slots: 9 3. Army 9 cruise missiles As you can see, the use of IG tank numbers gives me a pretty decent military while not allowing me to spam. Any questions?
 6. 1. State the current situation: There is no set number for missiles 2. State the problem with the current situation: We have massive missile spams with the additional problem of insanely large ships to hold about a thousand missiles. 3. State how you suggest to changing it: Max IG Tank numbers are the numbers of cruise missiles/ballistic missiles/torpedoes/weapon stations (internal bays and hardpoints) a nation can have at one time (Rocket Artillery and handheld missiles are not included) 4. State why your suggestion is better than the current situation: Prevent missiles spams and enormous ships/airplanes that carry a lot of missiles.
 7. Does anyone have a better reason instead of "too complicated, I don't like it, the current system is fine"? Really, those who are lazy can just use the current way while allowing more serious players to do a more diverse military.
 8. One of the officers, a Black Ruthenian, spoke up. "If it is not of any disturbance, I wish to explain the chaotic situation of the former Union of Rus/Ruthenian Federation. When the Union of Rus was formed, the government was established by Slavic nationalists, with a split between the pan-Slavic Belaya Rus and the Belarusian nationalist Partyja BPF. At the same time, much of Northwestern Rus had a German majority due to the Paulist Rebellion. The Germans have come into the picture following the refugee floods that resulted from the Russo-German War. Since the Slavic Union collapsed at the time, there was no border controls to stop the people. At the same time, northwestern Belarus was very underpopulated, and so there were no backlash against the Germanization of western Belarus up to Minsk. This was not the complete picture, however. After some time, a National Unity Law was passed, which discriminated against all ethic groups except Belarusian. This caused international outcry with ultimatums being sent, leading to a clash between the Belarusian nationalists and all other ethnic groups. The result was the victory of the German-Ukrainian coalition, leading to the Ruthenian Federation. It was during this time that most of the Belarusians in Black Ruthenia moved to the Grand Duchy of White Ruthenia, which would eventually join Slavorussia. Thisis why there are not many Belarusians in Black Ruthenia. Yet, there had been some acts of ethnic cleansing in Black Ruthenia. THe excess of the Belarusian nationalists made extreme elements of the German residents seek revenge, leading to a partial depopulation. Most of those who had been caught by Germany had been executed. If I be permitted, I wish to draw up an ethnic map of the current portion of former Belarus which Germany has. It should help defuse this bad feelings."
ooc: I’m torn on the fact that you owned Belarus for a little over a week and suddenly the vast majority of it became German, when it was more likely to be occupied by Poles or Ukrainians, since there are large minorities there. Also Karl Martin it’s no secret that a good portion of the community think of your rp as a sorry excuse to give land away to Germany or other people you find favorable. If there’s any reason your rp’s have been discontinued it would be because of that.
OOC: I would have probably RPed longer if it weren't for the nosy actions of PEPTO. But then, it was partly my fault, since I had been an ass. Anyway, let's try to solve this diplomatically.
 9. OOC: I know thi will be useless, but Black Ruthenia is a completly Germanized region. No more Belarusians for Russia to claim. Or is it that any RPs of mine must be overturned like Alsace-Lorraine, which was completely Germanized under Burgundy? I guess that's what I have to face: Discontinuity.
 10. Wilhelm shook his head with knowing tiredness. "If it was hard to understand, I was discussing the displaced people who are now in Germany, not in Wallonia itself. But then, the legacies of the past, from the establishment of Burgundy, murder of my father by a friend of yours, to the establish of the Republic has made you suspicious. But that is the past. Thank you for your time, and please have the experts arrive as soon as possible. We shall be seeing each other more often soon, President."
 11.
How can you possibly remember 'everything' when you're a rather new player? O_o
Everything that has happened while I was around. Was it that hard to understand?
 12.
I don't care what wars you win, or lose, because everyone is going to forget about CNRP about a month after it dies. Who gives a flying crap who you conquered or what your NS was. It's like saying how many chicks you had in the back seat of your car in high school. Sure, it may be great to brag about at the time, but after the fact, bringing it up seems sad.
I find it quite sad that you paint everyone with the same brush. I remember almost everything, and not going to take anything lying down. Aside from the above highly moralistic BS paragraph, I agree with the rest. Either fight it out, or leave with honor. By now, however, I am more concerned of very consistently (not once in a while busy with RL) inactive people being invaded and them whining that they're busy, dragging on the RPs. We should find some way to get them to get moving or get kicked.
 13. "Of course, with Germany having everything under the sun these days, it is only right that such places as Musée du Louvre have their original collections returned to them. It would take a long time to get everything catergorized and such, but if the French government would send the experts, I am certain that those can be done quickly. I shall take care of any possible dissent among the former Burgundians, who still believe that much of what was formerly the State of Burgundy had been taken from them. While we are on the topic of the past, I wish to inquire of the status of Wallonia. You see, the majority of the people displaced following the annexation of the province of Lothringen are from Wallonia. With some uncertain information that the vote concerning the annexation had been rigged, there has been quite a few who wishes to return to Wallonia as a non-French region. Of course, this is not to say that it should be seceded, but just a mere question."
 14. The "mansion" that Delacour arrived at was actually quite a small house, several stories tall but very narrow. It reflected the much humbler characteristics of Friedrich Wilhelm, when compared to all the other leaders of Europe. An old-fashioned housemaid led the President up the stairs to the top floor, with a table set up with a few cakes and coffee. Some time later, after Claire had settled down and had a cup along with the cakes, the young King appeared from the room next door, carrying a covered package in his arm.. "Thank you for coming at such short notice, President. I sincerely hope that the deeds of those in the past has not affected any feelings. Allow me to get straight to the matter at hand. When Louis XX, the head of the Legitimist branch of the French Royal Family, died in a tragic car accident, there was a secret operation done in Paris. Hundreds of thousands of works of art had been moved to the private Metz residence of my Father, Karl Martin, with the purpose of keeping them away from any turmoil that mihgt happen with the downfall of a royal house. Things did not quite come down to that, and it turned out Metz was possibily the worst place for the works, as the recent war has shown. Thankfully nothing was damamged, and they had been safely moved here to Aachen. However, after looking over some of them, I realized that they might be something that France would wish to have returned. Allow me to show you an example." Wilhelm put down the packaged and uncovered it. In the front of the eyes of Claire appeared La Joconde. "Do you think France would want this back?"
 15. To: Claire Delacour From: Friedrich Wilhelm von Hohenzollern I wish to invite your Excellency to a small meeting concerning the future of some of the collections of art that my father has left behind. There are some particular items of interest, and I believe it is necessary for you to be present. Please arrive at your earliest convenience. Yours, Friedrich Wilhelm von Hohenzollern, King of Prussia, the Netherlands, and Burgundaholmr
 16. OOC: This had the potential to be a good RP. I am sad.
 17.
"You demean the legacy by claiming us us as usurpers and desecrators. We challenge you to accomplish half of what the Lady Protector did, not just for her people, but for the world."
Yes, the Tintagylist Finns are usurpers and desecrators to the German Heritage. This is as if some Northern Africans took the name of Rome and established "peace": Would the name of Rome not be tarnished? Also, Ms. Tintagyl is perhaps the most hypocritical and irresponsible person alive. We have no more to talk of.
 18. A month later Wilhelm looked at the stories of boxes in the warehouse. He called for one of the boxes to be opened. The Psyché ranimée par le baiser de l'Amour was revealed to his eyes. "Probably the only thing he did correctly after the return of Elsaß-Lothringen: moving all the riches of Paris to Germany. Time to bargain with Frankreich for some land."
 19. Rüdiger von der Goltz arrived with a few soldiers in the small city of Rønne, on the island of Bornholm. He went to the City Hall and had a flag be raised. A public broadcast was made to the Baltic countries. "I, Rüdiger von der Goltz, with the approval of the Great Fatherland, declare the establishment of the Kingdom of Burgundaholmr. In this orignal home of the Burgundians, we ask Friedrich Wilhelm von Hohenzollern, King of Prussia and the Netherlands, to be its monarch. Long live the King! Long Live the Fatherland!" OOC: Thanks to Kaiser Martens for giving me a chance. Ironic that he gave me Bornholm of all places.
 20.
"Most likely the Finland- and Australia-based Hanseatic League is being referred to, although some of us are skeptical that the name is held very sacred by anyone or that the naming of an originally Scandinavian-based nation is that severe a transgression. Perhaps some attribute more value to the name than is really warranted."
Or perhaps it is the few that are the ones disregarding the pride of the original Hanseatic members. The great cities of Hamburg and Bremen continue to style themselves officially as "Free (and) Hanseatic Cities", showing just how much the name means to those that have the legacy.
 21. I said this before, but IF a country explicitedly stated a policy of closed RPing from the foundation of the nation and has not done anything to antagonize another country (done by PLAYER, not some fake spy roll use of making a fake move done by others), I see no reason why the player should be force to go into wars.
 22.
"We recognize this large-scale historical reenactment, but pray tell, who are these usurpers that have so callously defiled your patronage?"
Reply from Public Relations The world had been marked by a certain "nation" that calls themsevles the Hanseatic People, mainly populated in Australia. While the company will not claim that it holds sole rights to the legacy of the Hanse, we believe that it is time at least part of the fame returns to the original owners. OOC: By the way, this is just a company, not a nation. I'm still looking for land.
 23. The Hanse has been reestablished, not as a separate city or country, but as one of the largest Aktiengesellschaft in the Germanic Union. His Majesty Friedrich Wilhelm von Hohenzollern founded Hanse in memory of the great trading alliance that had been desecrated by usurpers of the famed name. The headquarter is located in Königsberg, with branches currently established in the former Hanseatic cities within the Germanic Union. The goal of the company is to first root itself in the Baltic, then proceed to expand throughout Europe. It is mainly focused on supply chain management and logistics, while also providing worldwide container shipping services.
 24. Rüdiger von der Goltz, a relatively unknown soldier loyal to the King of Prussia, passed on a note to Martens Younger. To the most esteemed Martens Please consider this as a petition on part of the Eiserne Brigade. For too long has the King of Prussia and the Netherlands been deprived of a country to call his own. The Brigade asks whether it is possible for some part of the Baltic Land to be given to His Majesty to form a new country. Sincerely yours, Rüdiger von der Goltz
