Ya know, everyone keeps hounding GRAN for proof, but Flinders didn't either. he has no records of what he received and is guessing that it is 33mil, could be more (like 60mil) or less. he doesn't know. I would be willing to bet it is way more than 33 mil though, his memory is most likely favored in his direction.

He isn't our ZI target though. Rest assured if you are a ZI target I keep track of you and will put nations on you whenever I can. If it matters so much that they got paid to let him off their ZI list, why not attack him when they had they chance? You are right, he has 3 slots open, but I bet that when he gets a little bigger they will go to it with him, and one thing, it is known that he is on their list. who knew outside of GOD that he was on their list?? and did even most of GOD know that?? The big issue is that they had to be paid to let him off the ZI list. I think their were quite a few people out there who held as much anger towards KM and yet didn't demand payment. Who is the more honorable alliance?? The ones letting him off or the one demanding payment?? Uhm, why didn't they attack him before we hit him?? They didn't have to ask us for permission to attack a ZI target of theirs. Or maybe they did. If that is the case, next time I would recommend contacting me immediately and I will respond as quick as I can.

Again, how is this a big issue with them if they didn't pursue him??? It sounds totally like they were upset they were left out and deceided to complain about it. Then why not go after him when he wasn't in those allainces?? Why not go after him when he was available for attack?? There was one slot open for quite a while when he was under attack by TPF and they didn't fill the slot. Again, does not show the intensity that Xiph seems to suggest there was. Can't really judge about the OOC but if no evidence was put forth then why should he have believed it? I don't know if proof was offered or not, but to wait 18 months seems to me that this is all a reach on Xiph's part to come up with a reason that would hold water.

And how long after the UJW did you delete?? Were you let go 18 months, and then when you were almost clear someone poped up and said, no you must re-roll?? I guess I didn't make myself clear on that point, my laughter and scorn is at that point. If this was such a big deal to Xiphosis, why wait until 18 months later to make an issue of it?? Obviously it wasn't a big issue with him, until he thought he could get some mileage off of it, or in this case a bunch of money. And I got that point about the OOC motivation, but also see above. I do not believe that is was that big of deal at all, else why wait 18 months. If KM had been chased for the last 18 months, I would buy it, but at this time, I don't.

Seems a long time to hold a grudge and then wait until the last minute to cry about it. of course coming off with a huge windfall of money now I guess he will get over it. The making KM re-roll for that?? LOL given that KM has been ZI'd and nuked and etc, seems it should be over except some school yard angst. I agree with Shadow, If anyone has an issue with KM it should be him. If he can get over it, Xiphosis should too. If everyone who nuked someone by surprise got ZI'd, half a PB would be gone. And yes, this happened to me during war, I took a nuke after a no nukes agreement was reached, then got threatened with ZI if I retaliated. If I can get over it, he should too.

The FAQs said you could have someone nation sit for you if you are going to be unavailable for a while, but you had to notify the admins. Is this done through a PM, or is there somewhere to post your nation info and who is sitting for you?? Also, what is the timeframe that someone can watch you nation for you?? Thanks Kilkenny
