    if someone raids you and your bigger and they dont stop and by the looks of it they were all raiding you and the first raider said warrrrgh so they must have declared war but not on forum.

    usually if the other nation has all slots filled the bottom of the screen where you click to send will say something like this nations slots are filled i think im not too sure

    selling 50 tech for 3mil yeah most arrent interested but its for my infra jump i need 3 buyers and ill send the tech first also once infra jump is made i might consider sending another 50 tech around 10 days after i do the jump

    ok so your power was out for 2 days doesnt mean u could have stayed at a family members house in maybe another state or far away from the floods or even at a friends house but i must admit if u didnt do any of those 2 then u couldnt get power to access a computer unless u have mobile broadband = internet on phone
