    1. State the current situation.
When the next war against the ebil SuperGrievances union is over, and MK has to pay 3 trillion dollars in reps, it will take months and months and MK will practically be unable to rebuild until it has payed its reps to GPA.
    2. State the problem with the current situation.
3 mil and 50 tech for each aid slot, come on! That'll take forever to pay off 3 trillion dollars and a few thousand units of tech! Even with hundreds of nations in your alliance! This is why alliances don't want to go to war. It takes FOREVER (NPO was under terms for about a quarter of CN's history so far. ) to pay off debts and go back to expanding and engaging in politics again.
    3. State how you suggest to changing it.
    Post-war aid slot expansion.
I'm sure Admin follows CN politics relatively closely, if not, then he must at least know when a particular alliance wants large reps from another after a war. My suggestion is for Admin to temporarily expand the amount of aid a nation on a particular AA can give to another nation on a different AA by a factor of X. After a few days/weeks, the aid cap will be changed back to it's regular 30m/50t.
    4. State why your suggestion is better than the current situation
This will allow alliances to pay their dues much faster, and thus get back to terrorizing the rest of Planet Bob faster and in greater comfort and save alliances and nations from wading through records of who paid what to who after wars.
Note that in my suggestion, only Admin will be able to change the aid cap, and that it will only be between 2 particular alliances that the cap will be raised, and I trust that he will only do it when necessary, so there is less room for abuse than say, if the cap is raised automatically after X amount of wars are declared within the last X days. Unlike my previous idea, I think this one has less holes in it for people to exploit, and it actually addresses a genuine concern in post-Karma Bob. I'm quite confident in it actually. What do you guys/girls/mods/anthropomorphic animals/slime balls think?
If you're wondering why I haven't actually posted this yet... *logs onto boards* Why hello there list of new blog entries! Maybe I'll take a quick look before going to the suggestion box!
