good luck MI I always like seeing people giving CN a decent go ... which you guys definetly are in taking on this new venture. you have also got several good things going for you at present... - good experianced leaders - clear direction - and asumedly existing infrastructure in forums / irc channels etc your main challenge will be recruitment seeing as you have started just with the foundation 4 members and you have set a few hoops for members to jump through but as you said that is not your main goal anyway. good luck guys

Good luck to the Brotherhood! Great bunch of guys ... I know them well and I'd fully recomend them to anyone wanting to join a smaller up and comming alliance with a lot of growth to come. By the way great to see the alliance obtain its first nukes as well!! Good luck guys!!!!

I think too much credit is being given to IS here.... firstly I know several members have some rather "far out" ideas toward CN and they most probebly thought it would be fun to roll a much smaller alliance without treaty's and that they asumed was perhaps unpopular in some circles. ... as can be seen many people may not of necessarilly rated CG as one of their favourite alliances but when they are abused like they have been here that is irellevant... if anything IS have just pushed the popularity rating of CG through the roof. Great work IS im sure your enjoying the lulz now (*insert sarcasm here ... just in case it wasn't evident)

Actually i do agree with you basicly here.. I actually warned Crimson Guard in their DoE about this http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?s...64407&st=20 I had a smaller scale incident in my old alliance with poison clan which was of similar nature and could have been stopped if we had a treaty announced. I just wish they had have followed through... but still I fully support them they are the victims here... IS took advantage of the fact they had few treaty's organised.

I always have had a high opinion of Invicta... they came and offered protection to a past alliance of mine when we needed it... we were nothing... tiny ... insignificant... BUT Invicta offered to help. Invicta just scored major points here. I hope people see this and recognise what a great alliance you have.

If I held a position of power at RoK I wouldn't be on here BS-ing with the rest Id be behind the sceens doing actual negotiations with CG... no need to roll your eyes ... I am just an entry level member and cant follow through on my personal views with actual policy. *oh and Recession you really are one of the good guys on the block... good luck

Fight with everything you have Crimson Guard.... this is an open and close case of the school yard bully trying to pull a cheep shot and steel your lunch money. If you had raided IS first or spy attacked them or ANYTHING it would be different... but this is open and close... I hope for once the little guy gets his revenge. ... hope even more a few other bystanders step in to help a smaller alliance been bullied around.

A near impossible dream chased by many but is near impossible to acheive in anything but a micro alliance of small numbers. If you can pull 50% good actives you've done well, thats just the way it is across the board in CN. Oh and good luck

I find the game highly adictive... really it should take me 5 minutes a day to play but some days you can loose hours between different forums etc. Im not sure why its so adictive... i have come from the world of console gaming so this was very very different for me and has hooked me. I have run government positions... tried to build an alliance from scratch and maybe got a bit jaded along the way too... at present im enjoying just relaxing in a larger alliance where i can hang out and be part of it all without feeling the weight of expectation i have had in the past.

I recruited a guy like this in an old alliance... payed him 6 mill.... he promissed to run a government department and help build the alliance... he lasted about 30 minutes after he received his aid then he switched to peace mode and ran.... B) we had bounty hunters tracking his every move though and ZI'd him once he changed from peace mode... jokes on him now... he's probebly rerolled and hopefully learnt his lesson now.
