Nope, the trade circle with the most bonus resources is the 8BR, though for your nation, that wouldn't be the best. For a nation your size, I'd recommend a FF, Beer, Construction 3BR circle with the wild cards of uranium and fish. It's pretty much the best set for anyone who has resources that fit into it.
