I understand my friends, and we will gladly accept the transfer of Koryak Okrug to Yuktobanian control. We are also open to the idea of mutual cooperation and the idea of exchanging embassies.

I assume you do not listen to reason General Valerie, what we are telling you, is that when NPR attacked Helza, they did so of their own accord, as well as of that of the DragonBloc, why do you insist on us punishing the NPR for something that was not a ComIntern deal? It makes no sense, really.
And we are currently undecided on Vaule's current proposal.

To be more specific, it's actually the unclaimed area that borders Yuktobania, Hanseatic Manchuria, and the Hanseatic-Vaule Protectorate.

The Yuktobanian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic, or Yuktobania for short, is the secessor state to the Yuktobanian Democratic Republic. Yuktobania was created out of the Northern Empire, despite the reforms of Prime Minister Nikanor, his coalition government did not have the full support of the people, and because of this, the Democratic Socialist Party took control of the government in a coup de'tat. Recently, we have joined an international political, economic and military group known as Communist International, and in the process of establishing the nations first "blue water" navy.

The Yuktobanian gov't thanks the kingdom for it's offer. We will agree to acquire, or at least, lease, a training module to train our sailors.

With our economy and industrial might in the green, the Yuktobanian passed a charter for the construction and building of ships in an attempt to establish a "blue-water" Yuktobanian Navy. The Tiger Naval Shipbuilding Company, based in Tiger Port, Yuktobania, has started construction of the Komyeta-class Corvette. It will have a crew of 40, with top speed being 31 knots. It will be armed with the following weapons:
1x SA-N-5 SAM,
1x 3 in gun
1x 30-mm Gatling Gun
2x Anti-Submarine Rocket Launchers (each containing 50 rockets)
4x Anti-Sub Torpedo Tubes (which will be armed with at least 4 torpedoes per tube.)
The first Komyeta-class is scheduled to be completed by the end of the summer.
