This sounds about as effective as the League of Nations or the UN. Great concept but humans are just that. Human. War is a part of the human condition.Look at the Kellogg-Briand Pact of 1928 which outlawed war. I think we've had a few conflicts since then. War is going to happen on Planet Bob no matter what anyone's best intentions are. Plus, war is fun. I'll pass.

Its nice to see peace. I take my hat off to my TFD opponents in this war. They fought like hell and I have nothing but respect for them. Perhaps next time we'll fight on the same side. Good war guys.

Its not less important because they only declared on one nation. How many alliances would let another alliance attack "only" one member in good standing and let it go?
