1. I would like to apologize for my past claim that you folks did not really declare war on TOP and it was just symbolic. My intent was to bait you into declaring more wars and since that last announcement (OOC: This thread. ) declarations from Polaris against TOP have increased by over 1000%. So I apologize for casting doubt over your honor. Also death to TOP.
 2.
A stoned bee did what all of CnG and their allies combined forces could not, make TOP surrender. o/ Bees
They overestimate my mercy if they think I'll allow such a quick surrender. Only when they stop their aggression will they know peace.
 3.
The World Unity Treaty had no possibility of cancellation either since it didn't even have a cancellation clause, but that didn't stop alliances from withdrawing from it when it was convenient. This DoW really isn't worth the bandwidth it took up to post it.
The argument for the OoO's validity is not based on the lack of a cancellation clause. It is two-fold. First, Moo the unholy bovine did not have the authority to cancel it. Second, the OoO has a perpetuity clause, so as long as time still flows the treaty stands. WUT did not have a perpetuity clause and the rulers who withdrew from WUT had the authority to do so, so your example is not valid in this case.
 4.
I love how everyone is taking a one man "alliance" with 300 NS so seriously. No offence to the OP... well maybe a little.
Unlike many alliances we don't believe in showing our entire hand right off the bat. Yes our first wave was targeted and surgical, but underestimate us at TOP's peril. We've launched 200% more wars against TOP in our first day than NpO did in defense of MK on their first day.. so I'd say we're doing good.
 5.
Was OoO not canceled by Moo back in like July '08?
The illegitimate pretender to Ivan Moldavi's throne indeed tried to cancel it, but seeing as he lacked the authority to do so the treaty is still in force, though sadly ignored by many these days. Even had he been a rightfully appointed Emperor, the cancellation of the OoO is contingent on both the approval of a legitimate emperor and the end of time, thus it would still be valid anyway.
 6.
At TOP we use actual stats to answer this type of question: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=299&view=findpost&p=2165569 lolpolls
Typical stat collector.
 7.
I'll go get my fly swatter.
oh... u mad? I didn't want to have to get LiquidMercury on you, but you leave me no choice, time for some battle reports.
To: ligaocity From: Kijuna69 Date: 2/10/2010 10:42:15 AM Subject: Battle Report Message: You have been attacked by Kijuna69. You lost 99 soldiers and 0 tanks. You killed 71 soldiers and 0 tanks. Their forces razed 2.865 miles of your land, stole 0.000 technology, and destroyed 3.128 infrastructure. Their forces looted $4,080.66 from you and you gained $0.00 in your enemy's abandoned equipment. In the end the battle was a Defeat. Any existing peace offers that were on the table have been automatically canceled.
I ask everyone respect ligaocity, he is a great warrior.
 8.
Well, the fact that you think the OoO still stands leads to conclude you are apparently on a strong stimulant. Lay off the shrooms pal..
It does. It is in effect until perpetuity and contrary to what TOP thinks they are not bringing about the end of time, thus the OoO prevails. Now I know some have illegally and wrongfully claim to have broken this holy treaty, but I do not recognize such garbage. As for stimulants, all Angry Bee warriors are fueled by a cocktail of amphetamines, cocaine and steriods. Our soldiers have started calling the mix, which is blended into a very tasty fruit smoothie, liquid rage.
 9.
I echo my dear Kry's question... And also, it would be nice to define what you call a "beating"... Thank you for your support to our war effort !
Because you rushed head first into FAN and then got piled on. While being in the most wars per nation is good for bragging it's very bad for the actual war. Most other alliances are either launching a ton of offensive wars without much worry of being hit, or are being piled on and thus are phasing their attacks to minimize their losses while keeping a constant stream of offensive resources directed at the enemy. Valhalla just got one nice wave off against FAN and then proceded to get stomped. The only thing that saved you guys from a total failure was that some of your enemies are war-crazed killers and in their bloodlust they messed up a few staggers, so you might be able to put something of a second offensive, though not much and for sure not enough for anyone to really feel it.
 10.
Presumably a combination of either, both, and other factors left at the viewer's discretion. There's not much of a point in making a poll where there can objectively be only one true result.
Yes this. Total NS loss, % loss and most importantly in my view current tactical position. This is why I don't think TOP/MK are so bad, because despite their losses their position is not bad (This applies to just about anyone in the Supercomplaints side). Valhalla and IRON on the other hand have taken huge losses and due to the alliance they're fighting and the way they deployed their troops look to continue that trend. Valhalla eeks out a huge victory because IRON phased their attacks a tiny bit better and because Valhalla has several alliances equal or bigger than them in size solely devoted to hitting them, where as all the big alliances hitting IRON are fighting on many fronts.
 11.
I hope this is a joke. Honestly.
The nations who will be on the receiving end of Angry Bee stings won't think it's a joke. Also as we learned with FAN, just because we have no treaties doesn't mean we don't have friends. o/ AAoAB o/ Pacifica
 12. It has been a long standing tradition of war in this realm and the next that attacking unarmed prisoners of war who have lawfully surrendered and gave up their arms and protection per the terms of surrender is an abhorrent practice worthy of scorn. -The Order of the Paradox launched an attack on the Mushroom Kingdom. -Per the terms of the MK-NpO MDoAP the Alliance of Angry Bees considers this equal to an attack on the New Polar Order. -Per article I and II of the Ordinance of Order , a treaty which stands until perpetuity, the Alliance of Angry Bees considers this an attack on the New Pacific Order. -For launching an attack against an unarmed group of prisoners of war, the Alliance of Angry Bees hereby declares war on The Order of the Paradox. 13.
This poll does not include FAIL. We have lost several hundred points of strength since the war began.
Including FAIL would taint the poll as the vast legions of FAIL haters would vote for it en masse, while the thousands of loyal FAIL fans would boycott the poll all together for even implying FAIL has taking anything resembling a beating. For those reasons FAIL is not a choice.
 14. So far, who do you think has taken the biggest beating on the battlefield? As for my vote: I'd say Valhalla. Closely followed by IRON. TOP and MK have taken a lot of damage but TOP gets bonus points for being able to sneak a lot of nations in their top rank into peace (lol staggers?) and MK because the worst is likely over for them as most of their enemies are in nuke anarchy or peacemode. Polar definitely has taken the biggest beating from a diplomatic/PR point of view, but unlike many members of their coalition they've used phased peacemode exits to significantly reduce their losses, at least for now.
 15. Was Valhalla expecting no one to hit them or do they just lack long term strategy? I'm all for throwing it all at the enemy but Valhalla just made their entire alliance a sitting duck.
