**Massive Update** "It seems that more people survived Helzan's destruction than thought and the numbers and equipment of the Black Ravens has grown to huge numbers. There is now over 711,570 civilians living on the island and the military consists of 230,000 armed soldiers. Tanks have also been produced thanks to the new infrastructure and factories and the mercenaries now have an armoured force of 3,41 main battle tanks. An airforce has also been created with 850 advanced fighters split into eighty five squadrons of ten. Also their best achievement yet is the aquiring of twenty nuclear ICBM's from different sources, these have been loaded into twenty different mobile launchers spread across the nation.

No you don't. What people need to realise is the fine line between roleplay and bullying. Arathog has done nothing to be attacked other than RP a government in a location of their choice and now two much superior RPers have decided to remove him for no real reason other than they can. If this was the real world they would be called dictators and war mongers and hopefully dealt with but here almost everyone goes awww its Rebel Army he can do what he wants I won't do anything about it becuase its Rebel Army. So no Arathog shouldn't have to deal with it instead Rebel Army should be shown that people are here to RP not bully.

So Sarah what you are saying is that you agree with the bullying of those weaker than themselves.

The IC reason is very slim at best, if they had been so oppossed to Arathog's government style they should have done something about it when it first came up not now. Anyone supporting action against Arathog is one thing only and that is a bully. If you beat up the kid with glasses in school becuase you dislike him thats bullying, doing what your doing to Arathog is also bullying. Simply put anyone supporting action against Arathog is supporting bullying.

OOC: Sorry to thrust this on you now Subtle/Sarah but I have to post this before I forget. IC: She had left the kids back at home with Westly, telling him she had to run to the shops for something special for tea. Valerie didn't like telling a lie to her beloved but after she had gotten that message in the mail she knew she couldn't involve him in the matter. She had taken their car down to the docks and waited whilst the "woman in black" she was meant to meet came to her. She didn't have to wait long as she spotted a small harbour pilto boat come up to her position with a woman wearing black fatigues standing out back. Knowing this was her contact Valerie made her way to a nearby ladder and climbed down into the pilot boat that had positioned itself beneath it. As soon as she had stepped aboard the engine started up and the boat made its way out into the harbour. "So what is this about?" said Valerie turning around to face the woman in black. "My Queen Valkyrie we the survivors of Helzan need you" she replied. Valerie stepped backwards and almost slipped off the boat in shock. "Don't call me that!!! I am no stupid god like leader anymore you understand!! The people of Helzan are gone, I am sorry but I can't help you I have... are you crying?" said Valerie her voice changing as she heard the sound of sobs and sniffs from the woman in black. The woman turned her head away from Valerie before replying "I am sorry Quee.. I mean Mrs Klein its just some of us did survive and I hoped to lead them but we are alone on a remote island and I remembered that back when you were in charge of Pax Pacis you had that vessel built by Promised Land". "Outer Haven" Valerie said shaking her head, she had almost forgotten about that request and it should have well and truly been built by now. "I see and you want that vessel as your command ship then?" she turned away looking out the harbour entrance towards the bright clear sky and calm sea. "I will see about getting that vessel for you but after that I can't and won't do anything more for you. I am sorry". The woman in black turned around and this time Valerie was about to see her face and the smile she had. "Thank you Mrs Klein in means a lot to us survivors" she said. A short time later and Valerie and the young woman were sitting at a small Cafe in the Queendom sipping on two drinks of water. The news was going on about the rioting that was occuring and the explosions caused by a warship just off the coast. It was annoying as they had just sent a private message to Anthony asking for him to meet them at the Cafe but now they didn't expect a reply considering the current events occuring. OOC: Subtle remember that huge vessel you built for my ages ago, I kind of it need it so if you could respond here and RP giving it over to Valerie and the woman in black it would be cool. Of course with everything thats going on take your time. Also I included you in the list Sarah as you and Subtle co own the territory and Subtle should be able to inform you about the details of the ship.

Construction on the bank and police station have been finished and now all construction equipment is being sent just out of the capital to a nearby civilian airfield which will be converted into a fully functioning military airbase from which Mercenary aircraft will be able to operate from. Also thanks to the new website that has been set up by the mercenaries employment has started to rise, with both actual combat mercenaries and civilian employees being recruited. The total number of combat mercenaries now reaches fifteen thousand and a total of five thousand civilian employees have been employed.

OOC: Shouldn't we just stop this blogger stuff. It was kind of funny to begin with but now its starting to get old. Not to mention it doesn't add anything to the RP either. OOC: It is actually. If you don't want to deliberately put your character in danger put them in a sealed bunker with no way to get inside without fighting a whole army. Otherwise you are just putting them in danger of assassins.

OOC: The same could be said at anytime though, if some one's character decides to take a stroll through their capital and someone manages to successfully RP an assassin getting in and shooting that character then its life but instead we say you can't do that with out permission.

A representative of the Black Raven Mercenaries arrived for the meeting, the young man wore a navy blue and red uniform with black military style boots to match. The man greeted any person who stopped him in a polite and respectful manner and when asked showed his passport detailing him as a member of the Black Raven mercenaries and he stated that he was there to attend the meeting.

OOC: There is no rush Sarah my friend just take your time, I'm personally chopping off the heads of bandits in a different game so I got plenty of time to wait.

Subtle or Sarah if you are reading this could you tell me where I would make an IC request to purchuse military equipment from the Kingdom. Thank you.

The dockyard repairs were completed and the stray debris that had been littering the roads and quays was picked up and taken away for disposal or to be re used in some other area. This allowed the reopening of the dockside facilities and advertisements were made across the internet about an opening for any shipping company to fill and though many requests were made it was in fact just a cover and the company that was slected was a minor one that had almost no vessels and was in fact on the mercenaries payroll. With the method of transportation aquired the docksides quickly became busy and gained a higher security clearence as smuggler holds were made out of the ship's cargo holds. Meanwhile construction began on a number of buildings including at least one bank and a police station, whilst no civilians were on the island anymore it was expected that some would be picked up in the future as families and loved ones of the mercenaries would be moved to the island. That is if any survived the destruction of Helzan.

I guessed that you would have that but your description states that it also has exterior hardpoints which I am guessing would at the very least reduce the aircraft's ability for stealth unless of course you arn't using them but then why have them on the aircraft? Other than that I can find no problems with your aircraft or the RP made, though I can now see many players spam building their aircraft into stealth aircraft and having no losses.

OOC: Okay and yet you managed to aircraft across to the silos and destroy them all before Molakia had a chance to respond? I doubt it.

The Intelligence Agency building had been fully completed and was now having the neccessary equipment moved inside so that the building could begin functioning. The building would have a compliment of one hundred agents plus a minor security force. The next building on the list was to repair the minor damage to had been inflicted on the harbour side. With the equipment from Promised Land also having been purchased and delievered it was installed and booted up allowing the mercenaries access to the internet.

OOC: Question how did you find the silos? I see RP of you bombing said silos but no RP for finding said silos just cause you won the roll doesn't mean you get straight through you still got to find them first and if Molakia launches the nukes before you hit them then tough luck.
