I have one treaty around here somewhere and thats it. At the moment I see who is fighting who and decide I like them a bit more than the other guy and so fight for them. Of course if you pay me I can fight for you...

Just throwing in a question here but does anyone think we should regulate how much money every nation has when they come down to purchasing stuff? In my personal case I see how much money I have IG that day after collecting taxes and paying bills and then if I want to purchase anything I use that amount for that day. Anyone elses thoughts?

I agree with LVN's tech sharing idea as it sounds very reasonable to me. I in genreal don't like tech sharing becuase of the below reason: Whilst tech sharing is possible almost everyone seems to have missed the fact that those people in the lower tech nations will need training to handle the new tech, won't be able to mass produce the technology anytime soon, will require constant parts for the sharer and it generally takes a lot of time to do this. A good quote I think id from the book im reading where a lower tech star nation has aquired information and tech from their enemies however, as the general says: "For all intents and purposes, we've got to build the tools to build the tools, to build the tools we need to reproduce the Manticoran technology" So as that shows you might have the technology but you won't really be able to repair/reporduce the technology.

Are all battles decided by numbers and technology alone? I was just sitting here thinking and reading the threads when I thought of a question. If someone RP'd a small but highly trained and highly equipped force would it lose most or all of its battles. At the moment everyone seems to just be throwing mass numbers in so does that mean that small highly trained units can't win battles?

Its kool im not complaining about it I am just trying to figure it out so I can get my own forces configure dright. So would it be ok if I had a single squadron of Apache's in RP as I could buy them IG but as I need to focus on helping my alliance it wouldn't be good for me to buy them right now.

Question whats the offical look on troop numbers? Im not pointing fingers but I looked at one of BlackKnights replys and he is sending 100,000 troops and 3000 tanks and I thought wow what have I got into but ,no offense intended here, he only has 10,000 troops and 0 tanks IG. Again BlackKnight no offense intended to you your post was just a great example PS: Please don't shoot me

Question?: Would the soldier multiplier change as well? Cause if it doesnt it would be weird if you had 87 million people and only something like 20,000 soldiers.
