    Yeah, join pretty much any established AA and watch how gov functions. Some of the big boys like NPO/NpO/DT etc are very efficient and have handled the hardest part of this game, which is a hassle free and peaceful transfer of power when required. Most AAs will reward eagerness to learn and help gov if you are patient.
