The terms are what they are. NPO made them "impossible" by how they have handled the situation. We have seen what kind of warchests you have and it could be paid back easily. So long and good luck.

In an effort to turn this thread into a constructive discussion I ask all those criticizing this plane two things. 1) What do you think is fair? 2) What would you do? Since almost all 33 pages is someone saying this is fail/unfair or people saying this is great/fair lets see what others would do. My personal opinion on the matter is this had to be done. We will not repeat the mistakes of Great War I and let NPO off with some bruises and scrapes. They chose to hide the bulk of their strength in peace mode we didn't force it on them. I'm not sure where they hope to go with this considering those out of peace mode will be chopped down to nothingness while they wait for Karma's resolve and or attention to diminish. I see it as NPO tried to politic their way out and it was met with cold shoulders. Now they are in denial that they will lose. To outright deny these terms at the outset showed they had no interest in ending the war. You don't get terms while the war is still going on. They come when one side admits defeat. While yes these terms will probably reach astronomical heights NPO brought it on themselves by being stubborn and refusing to fight and/or admit defeat. Also for laughs NPO is the new neutral menace

VE claimed money as an NPO partner. Only to later be stabbed squarely in the back and trampled. We didn't pay reps we were destroyed. You seem to skip over that.

The point to these terms is we know the banking prowess of NPO and if all their top nations sit untouched they can rebuild and be back on top in a few months at the most. This is unacceptable and will have made the war a waste. We remember the first Great War very well. So, the 2 solutions to this problem are: 1) Beat down those higher nations so they can't fund a rebuilding effort immediately. 2) Give them ridiculous terms so they can't fund a rebuilding effort immediately. Since option 1 has been taken away from us we have been forced into option 2. We did not make this choice they made it for us.

If an attacker is unable to battle a defending nation because the defending soldier numbers are too low the defender will automatically be placed into Anarchy, up to 5 defending spies may be killed, 5% or up to 10 technology levels, 20% or up to 40 infrastructure levels, and 5% or up to $5 million in money may be destroyed (not stolen). Thats straight from the CN guide yet it doesn't seem to work. I attacked someone with 0 soldiers and didn't see that or the message that says the nation was defeated. Exactly how does the above work?

OK. All you puny nations need to get off the large nation's backs. You always want us to pay more for everything and at the same time ask us for aid. Not to mention the high cost of everything at that stage. So, in light of this I say that the spy activity will need to be balanced to a T. It will be far too easy for the scales to be tipped towards smaller or larger nations. If it is tipped one way or the other it will be a disaster. This feature adds a whole new dynamic to the game and will change the way alot of things are done and could even the playing field for alliances. So, I say to you admin. Tread lightly on this ground and be very sure of your work.
