Considering Albania is in such a desperate situation, the JNA has dispatched more 50,000 troops as well as 100 tanks and employing air and naval support, this time to occupy the whole country and force the disintegration of the mafia then rehabilitate the nation's government - or leave it as decentralized as it is, depending on what the population decides.

Sarajevo: In a sudden and shcoking move today, the Savezna Skupština has overwhelmingly voted in favor of a bill (also known as Y240)that would make purchase, sale and consumption of marijuana no longer a criminal offense as well as the legalization of the cultivation of any cannabis species (except those with excessively high levels of THC) in Yugoslavan territory. Skupština members justified the approval of Y240 as a response to the persistently high criminality level in major cities such as Sarajevo, Beogard and Zagreb, where drug-related crimes steadily climbed while other sorts of violations decreased - effectively causing little change to criminal incidents. Ethnic conflict in Pristina leaves 23 injured Pristina: The cause of the clash between Albanians and Serbs at the heart of the city of Pristina, Kosovo is still not 100% confirmed by the Pristina Police Department, but it has been generally assumed that an argument between two young adults (a Serb and an Albanian) inside a bar resulted in a fistfight and instead of attempting to separate the fighting men, bar customers instead joined in and increased the magnitude of the brawl. All of the participants of the brawl were arrested on the spot and taken into custody. Military-Industrial Complex Kicks Into Full Gear Belgrade: Military industries all over Yugoslavia are churning out more weapons, ammunition, tanks and fighters than they ever did before. Due to the reasons cited in the previous report as well as the seemingly arbitrary waves of colonization and warfare that has engulfed the globe, it was decided that Yugoslavia would further arm itself for the sake of itself. The Ministry of Defense projects that both private and state industries will churn out at least more 2,000 tanks, 150 fighters, 100 bombers and 200 helicopters by the end of the year - while the Navy is still drawing up its projections. Because of the high cost of build-up, the Ministry of Interior has announced that taxes for private military industries would be slashed by 75% - the same would go for the resource industries, particularly coal and iron mines plus steel mills. Subsided construction of new military industries have been taking place in the cities of Ljubljana, Maribor, Postjona, Zagreb, Split, Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Novi Sad, Belgrade, Nis, Pristina, Skopje, Pleven, Sofia and Plovdiv. Major ship-building sites would be Burgas, Koper, Split and Bar. On the meanwhile, it has been announced that the Jugoslovenska Narodna Armija would be doubled in size by the end of the year as well, which would make the size of the Yugoslav standing army 200,000.

OOC: I was apparently wiped and taken over from the map after less than a week of inactivity, but I haven't seen ANY RP taking place in Yugoslavia - not since I was "wiped" or since I was "annexed" - so I'll just continue as normal. IC: Yugoslavian Government Mobilizes After the Ministry of Education came across several foreign atlases and none of them had Yugoslavia listed on the map, Minister Žarko Obradović told the Prime Minister to mobilize the nation, which he promptly did. "This is absurd, it must part of some sort of global conspiracy.", said Željko Komšić. "It can't be that so many different cartographers made the same mistake. I cannot understand WHY, though. Alright, not 100% sure how this works but I'll RP a revolt in former Yugoslavia and Bulgaria, against whoever is controlling the area - I got purged with less than a week of inactivity, but I'll take it back.

It's still handy if either the defense or midfielder is plagued with injury and/or bad form - there are more options at least.
