That sounds strangely like a communist talking. A new nation hasnt had that much time in the game to grow that high. I have seen new nations of experienced rulers grow very fast, not by means of aid [being in an alliance that does not aid rampantly and widely] but purely on the base of tech deals.

Buy it 50 at a time, if you have multiple tech deals running, buy each 50 just before sending it out. Co-ordinate and plan it out, you make a profit. I just got done with selling tech. It works.

The new aid policy adopted seems to me to be better than the previous one in play [as gathered from the OP]. Rampant unrestricted aid flow is not a good thing in my opinion. As for the rest of the presentation, it was well presented, but then its Schatt, cant expect a poor presentation. The content was a bit lacking though, not enough focus on the lighter side of news, where are the horoscope and the sports sections? Also, where is page 3? Edit: could also maybe add a section "Get to know a Pacifican" Interview , yes actually interview a Pacifican each week and then publish said interview.

Mjollnir were part of the Ragnblok, membership is based on mutual and respect. It was a sad day they decided to merge, but where they went is a good place as well. The current political climate is interesting to say the least, with all the alliances coming out of terms and reopening diplomacy with the rest of Bob. Some eye openers and some changing relationships. Some realizations of "well lookit, things can change after all" or "hey, when did they get so cool" and "heh, i always knew they was cool". Building new relationships, nurturing existing ones and getting to know more people. It is all good. All in all, par for the course on planet Bob, wouldn't you say? Edit: You have a very cool avatar, one of my favorite shows.

NPO does not often grant protection to startups, hence i can understand the reactions of "hey what are you doing!!" I am sure, as evidenced by Moo's post, that they have talked it out with Pacifica and that the issue of protectorate agreement has been worked out [agreement negated] amicably. WANG is a group of cool folk and i am sure former SPA will fit right in, in that welcoming and fun environment. The temporary nature of this merge is something new and as i daresay if both the groups know what they are doing and have talked it out, in depth, there ought to be no nasty surprises. Who knows, there might be something to learn in this temporary merge for the rest of Bob. Yes i am a rokker and i like merges . Those carried out properly.
