  5. The cessation of hostilities between the Christian Coalition of Countries and the alliance of Terra Prime have been agreed upon. Terms are as follows: TP shall be granted peace in all active wars as soon as possible. TP agrees not to involve itself in the current conflict against the CCC for its duration in any way, be it by military, aid, or spy-attacks. Breaking said terms will result in the resumption of hostilites.   13. Article I: Preamble The alliances of the Yukon Confederacy (YUC) and The Christian Coalition of Countries (CCC) wish to contribute actively to the growth of each other, and, therefore declare a PIAT. The purpose of this treaty is for mutual prosperity between both of the signatories. Article II: Peace No attack against either signatory by the other shall be condoned, and, if it is, this treaty is therefore null and void. Attacks include, but are not limited to, declarations of war, in-game espionage, forums espionage, impersonation of leaders on IRC, and aiding the enemies of the other signatory. Furthermore, attacks between the signatories is forbidden under this treaty. Attacks include the actions listed former to this clause but are not limited to these. Any attack of any kind must be resolved peacefully through proper diplomatic channels, and if this proves impossible the treaty is null and void. Article III: Intelligence If one signatory gains any compromising information, which include, but are not limited to, PMs in-game about attacks on the other signatory; a message in the Cybernations forum, IRC, or an embassy in either alliance concerning an attack in any way, then they must provide the information to the other signatory by any means possible. Failing to do this will render this treaty null and void. Article IV: Aid If one signatory asks the other for any monetary aid, and it is found to be not too much of a burden or will endanger them, then they shall provide it to them. It is recommended that after alliance-wide warfare aid requests should be granted to help rebuild the nations affected. Furthermore, to reduce the risk of both alliances during alliance wide warfare, aid should be temporarily cancelled to prevent further attacks on the signatories. Article V: Trade Both signatories must agree to openly trade with one another for the betterment of the economies of both alliances. To do this both signatories shall be required to allow at least the Minister for Trade or equivalent to view each other's public trade forum as well as being in regular contact over IRC or email. Article VI: Cancellation If one signatory feels that this treaty is no longer beneficial, then they shall notify the other through private channels, and, after a 24 hour grace period in which the treaty is still valid, then this treaty is considered null and void. Preamble As our friends from the Armenian Highlands grow and prosper, the Christian Coalition of Countries endeavours to offer its brothers military and economic assistance as a means of fostering mutual stability and protection. We, the Christian Coalition of Countries, offer our umbrella of protection to the Armenian Highlands in the form of this protectorate. Article I This Pact shall not infringe on the sovereignty of the signatories and shall serve to only embody the friendship and trust amongst the signatory alliances. Article II The CCC will offer military aid and protection to the Armenian Highlands when it is attacked, be it through diplomatic channels and/or military action, at the request of the Armenian Highlands. Any attack on the Armenian Highlands is considered an attack on the CCC, and the CCC will readily come to the Armenian Highland's defense and will use due diligence to protect the Armenian Highlands and use its diplomacy to seek a quick and peaceful resolution. Article III In order to strengthen ties and bonds, both sides are free to engage in trade, tech deals, and other forms of aid. In the mutual defense of the signatories, both sides will freely share any information or intelligence that would be considered important in their mutual protection. Article IV Given the non-aggressive nature of the CCC, the Armenian Highlands must not engage in aggressive wars. Any military action outside of immediate defense from an aggressor must be approved by the CCC, and any and all military actions must be brought to the attention of the CCC. Article V Any treaty that the Armenian Highlands desires to sign must be approved by the CCC in order to preserve our mutual defense and so that our treaties will not conflict with the other. Article VI As a protectorate, the Armenian Highlands is not obligated to help the CCC in a time of war, but the CCC reserves the right to ask for military assistance, be it in the form of military support or aid. The CCC will readily accept volunteers for military service and will open its military forums to these volunteers as a means of organization, training, etc. Article VII Notification for the cancellation of this treaty will be done 72 hours prior to the actual cancellation.
