  1. Seems to have been skipped over. STA is not allied to TPF, we are allied to MK and NpO who you have as part of your yellow circle.
  2. Examples please. Also, congrats on the 2 years.
  3. Umm..STA is not allied to TPF. We are, however, allied with the NpO and MK from your "yellow circle".
  4. Siberian Tiger Alliance, founded 22nd January 2007.
  5. I'm glad I can make a meaningful contribution to peoples' enjoyment of the Cyberverse! B)
  6. I think I'll just call you mini-Vlad. "Questioning Francoism, hmmm?"
  7. Why? I think the weekly ones work fine.
  8. State of the Alliance This week has seen the Siberian Tiger Alliance begin to increase her membership numbers past the 130 member mark, something we hope to build on in coming weeks and months. Our total nation strength now approaches 2.2 million and our average strength is a little over 16,000. In domestic news, this week has been a busy one with the recent reshuffle of the Consilium Tigris injecting some new life into the government group. Bzelger, Shodemofi, Rakari and Pezstar have all began to reshape their ministries and the new level of activity is pleasing to see. The alliance's admissions process has already been changed to be more efficient, work has begun on the University of Siberia and a new trade circle scheme for our new members not on the white team in order to bring them across to the white team to assist our Senate ambitions and also to assist more of our members to find reliable trade partners. Recruitment has again been revitalised with new member, Lizzardtheone, stepping up to assist us with our recruitment department. Lizzardtheone's initiative and enthusiasm has even inspired the Supreme Chancellor to chip in with some recruiting despite his horrendous track record in that department. In the Siberian Trophy, it looks like business as usual in the top flight with Batch again topping the table. In the Trophy division, Fior Eire is undefeated on top of the table in only their second season in the competition and looks a good chance at gaining promotion. This week also saw the Siberian Tiger Alliance sign a new Mutual Defence Pact with Vanguard. After witnessing Vanguard's actions in the recent war the Siberian Tiger Alliance is sure we have a new ally that stands by their treaties. In other treaty news the Siberian Tiger Alliance lost the treaty with long time friends and allies, TDSM8. For almost as long as the Siberian Tiger Alliance has existed TDSM8 has been a friend and we are saddened that they have decided to disband. We wish all TDSM8 members the best of luck in their new homes. Militarily the Siberian Tiger Alliance has seen something of a rush on tech raiding licenses. With most of us back to or approaching our pre-war strength levels our members are wanting to keep their military skills sharp. Overall, this week has been a pleasing one. It was great to see the Consilium Tigris active again and to see some programs that have long been on the drawing board begin to take shape. We in the Siberian Tiger Alliance look forward to another week of growth as we push towards 150 members and 3 million total strength over the coming weeks. Za Sibir'!
  9. Thanks, it is nice to see someone with a knowledge of the English language post for a change.
  10. Of course it is. A tree is a camel because I say it is.
  11. As I have said numerous times, indefinitely was used so that once the tech raiding aspect was met the terms would be lifted. Putting a 3 month limit on something that could have been rectified in one month is harsher, in my opinion. On the Cybernations scale, the terms agreed to between WAPA and the STA were light to the point of non-existent. I understand WAPA didn't like them. Who does like being under terms? Having just spent the best part of 5 months under terms far harsher than those we gave WAPA, I can empathise with that. But they are not harsh by Cybernations standards no matter how you try and spin it. Maybe if people understood that indefinite does not mean forever, it means an unspecified period of time. In WAPA's case, it could have been a month if they had followed through on what needed to be done. I really should save this reply somewhere to save me typing it out every month or so when the next "zomg WAPA terms!!11" post is made.
  12. All aspects of those terms were based on them putting tech raiding rules into place to prevent attacks on aligned nations which caused the war in the first place. Those terms are not harsh, they were designed for two things. One, to rectify a problem in WAPA with regards to tech raiding that was getting them into trouble and, two, to remove the chances of nuclear rogues hitting us and MK post war. How long those terms stood for depended on how soon WAPA met that requirement. Hence, the term indefinitely. It means that the terms could be lifted at anytime once the tech raiding rules were in place. How anyone can say those terms are harsh compared to the ridiculous terms given out to other alliances is beyond me. Well, outside of some political point scoring and scaremongering, of course.
  13. I hereby amend my statement to "almost a half of lots of mergers".
  14. Only 5 mergers? What does constitute "lots of mergers" these days then?
  15. To be fair, that does not mean they weren't asked to apologise by GR. I have no idea what happened with regards to the apology and don;t think it matters. Just pointing out that the apology coming before the GR announcement does not mean GR did not request it via private channels.
  16. Well, at least this gave me a laugh. Whoever listened to this idea and thought it sounded like a great plan should not be involved in alliance leadership. Anywhere. Sad to think that small alliances think they can throw their weight around like this after they merge and form a larger alliance.
  17. Congrats on your freedom, Mushroom people. May your nuke count grow exponentially.
  18. The STA is open to a partitioning of the TDSM8 territories. We shall take this to private channels ftw. Tygaland huggles Stumpy. Some fleas as a memento of this sad moment in CN history.
  19. As allies of TDSM8, the STA will also make mincemeat of anyone trying to pick off nations carrying the TDSM8 alliance affiliation.
