  1. Went rooting through the BAPS forums, since BAPS and GOONS had such a long history together so I figured there might be something, and found this: EDIT: just realised that there are some curses and the like on the image, and since the holder of the photobucket account is no longer with us I've removed it until I get a chance to crop out the sig. DOUBLE EDIT: work safe version uploaded to a different host: TRIPLE EDIT: Thanks for the heads up Lamuella
  2. I thought it was a mistake, didn't actually try it out. However I'd imagine the mod staff has their inboxes somewhat full atm
  3. Question for Airme: Now that Ivan has returned and is making an alliance will you be making good on your declaration in previous shows of joining his new alliance?
  4. So lemme see if I got these logs right: 1. You get found out. 2. You go to Moo, and apparently Dilber, to bargain for immunity. 3. You then proceed to tell Moo you have several lists of spies including high profile members of gov in Q alliances and that you want to tell him as little as possible about who these spies are "to keep some cards up your sleeve". Some Commentary: I'd question the ability of anyone who is a "spymaster" that tells the person they are meant to be negotiating with the broad details of their "cards", and thus, by extension I would question the veracity of these logs on that basis alone. 4. Moo then tells the person, who has admitted they want to deceive him in the very same conversation, all of the super sekrit plans of the NPO. Aside from the first three points the last one all on its own is quite farcical in the extreme
  5. If your finding it hard to get trades then its likely not due to your uranium trade, and more likey due either to the other resource paired with the uranium or the messages you are sending out (either in volume or in content). For example in a number of alliances there is a problem of not having enough nations with uranium and as a consequence this limits the number of nukes that an alliance can have. There are even people who specifically go looking for uranium trades. Uranium is one of the best resources in the game as it is always something that will be in demand and gives you some healthy bonuses to boot.
  6. What it needs is for wars to be much much more destructive (to the agressor).
  7. Ah feck 3 am... Question for Airme: Why can't you do the show at a time when people in Europe will be awake? Questions for everyone: What is the incident which changed the tone of the game the most? (Both in general and for you personally) Who is currently the best alliance leader in your opinion? How many hours a day do you spend playing this game?
  8. No I didn't. Day One was Pay Bills...not Don't Pay Bills. It includes the last day of paying bills and the next two days of not paying bills. In any case it should be changed to something like alden suggested just to make it 100% clear.
  9. It means that Once you have paid your bills within the last three days you should not be in billock what this means is as follows: Day 1: Pay Bills, No Bill-lock Day 2: Don't Pay Bills, No Bill-lock Day 3: Don't Pay Bills, No Bill-lock Day 4: Don't Pay Bills, Bill-lock So the sentence is right. You have to have paid bills within the last three days not to be in billock. This means you can go a maximum of two days of non bill payment without paying bills. After three days of non payment of bills the last time you paid bills is > 3 days.
  10. I believe that nc1701 was saying that the OP applied to MCXA, in the proper fashion, and got accepted and has remained a member since.
  11. Actually this is incorrect. Which tax rate is most profitable is not dependant on your population happiness but on your Gross Income per Citizen. Both options in this event affect this quantity so tax rates should not factor in your decision on which Event Option is the best for you to go with. In general Tax rates should never effect which option you choose unless the event specifically deals with tax rates (iirc there aren't any).
  12. Actually the key to this game is getting the best RoI that you can. Land does not give you this when compared to income. Even with the increased bills. You can a "perfect" (1+GRL) environment without having a ppm < 10.
  13. Taxes get diminished if you go for more than 20 days without paying bills.
  14. and how would the game know "the leadership" of the AA?
  15. Both of the values i gave are "base" values which are (as Snow Dan mentioned) made larger due to income modifiers which you have. From the numbers you gave it looks like you have the full modifiers for your nation. (5 Banks, 1 Harbour, 1 FM, etc)
  16. 1 happiness = $2 base income 2 happiness = $4 base income $4 base income = $4 base income the options are essentially the same in terms of what they give you (mior differences do exist between the two) but it ain't a bug
  17. From reading the update in the game update log 25%*0.75 = 18.75% which when floored gives 18% losses so just based off of that it works the second way
  18. http://www.cybernations.net/game_update_log.asp
  19. If you are at war or involved in aid deals then you will need to wait until they expire to delete your nation.
  20. It also means that there exists a massive exploit into the game that can be taken advantage of twice a year...pming admin now
  21. There is a delete function ingame that allows you to delete your nation on your own.
  22. Or its more likely because 1300 miles E-W =/= 1300 miles N-S when drawn on a map...most maps have to stretch the map in the E-W direction significantly if they want it to be viewed as a flat surface (there is one exception to this but it involves the map not being continuous at points) and if google maps measures radius along the E-W axis then that would explain the discrepancy.
