Join NPO and get PIE

Basically it is the same as war, if they aren't in peace mode and you spy taking out some nukes its clearly not going to be spy slot filling if you just change his defcon it could be seen as helping someone in your alliance so that could be taken as spot filling, it's a tricky area

^^^^^ This is true, we do not wish none members to use our flag As long as the flag owners in question don't mind you using their flags then you can feel free to fly it, but people may associate you with them. So some random person flying the LUE flag could get some heat You can pick which ever one you want, but i'd advise you to think about it first

It's not directed at anyone, and it doesn't have any swear words in it so it should be fine. Also nations are not banned for offensive bio's unless they go nuts with stuff like "Admin is a jew $@& and I h8 dis $@!@$ing game" Nations only normally get warned for offensive bio's, and yours is just a funny quote from a film and not directed at anyone specifically so I see no reason for you to get warned for it.
