You can log into any ISP with any IP address as long as they don't have a CN account. I myself am writing this from work and usually play from home. It's not an issue because no one at work plays the game.

It's not annoying for "stupid" people, it's just that it's annoying to have to keep going back to keep buying tanks over and over
