The state of lubeck can check our maps, by all means i shall send you one so you can observe the lands we are referring too.

We do not like what you are saying Furon, and for referance they are Islands off the coast of Antarctica which were already under UC protectorate.
With a 2.2 million man population our small Island could not sustain them, the City in our Antarctic Holdings also could not support them.
the largest of the two Islands already has four large cities, three of which are un populated due to immigration of a large scale when its previous government abandoned them.
The smaller Island of the two instigated a Military reaction after planting bombs outside of our military bases and key UC buildings in their cities. There attack brought down the Wrath of our army and are now under direct UC law.
Also, Lancashire Island was Polled and they had a choice, they needed not to join but its what the public wanted so we delivered.
The only opinons on the matter we really respect Furon is evry other Nation with exception to you.
Especially Dranagg and the Holy American Empire, those are the two main nations we are actually bothered about as far as response goes.

I'm guessing it's mostly grandfathering until a specific point, so all you will see are those who managed to get the special characters before they were unavailable for new players.
