Essentially treaties are matters of honor, and the mutual agreement is an essential part of the formation as well as cancellation. We understand how such a treaty may be incomprehensible for most nations, who are only comfortable with unilateral cancellations, but this may be a new way forward as a template for international friendships ad alliances."
