We where a proud strong bunch ready to fight to the death together. We have worked together through out this war and supported each other in any way possible. We work so well together we decided to sign this MDP. <FeZ|DICE> We are peacing out with OA<Josshill[OA]> ? <FeZ|DICE> White peace xD <Josshill[OA]> You sure? <FeZ|DICE> They did like nothing to us <FeZ|DICE> Yeah <Josshill[OA]> I thought we should demand reps from them? Article I: Preamble The Casino on the Sea The People of the Oceanic Alliance and DiCe met once when the Sea Goers of the Oceanic Alliance were sitting in the pub by the docks. The avid Gamblers from DiCe sat with the Sea Goers at the table, The Gamblers pulled out their cards and started dealing them, inviting the Sea Goers to play. The Gamblers and Sea Goers would help each other out with their daily work and then go play cards. One day, some drunken asshats came over and gave them some trouble while they were playing cards. The Sea Goers and Gamblers got up, and knew it was time to rumble, with these Green people, who aren’t so good at war and rely on other alliances to survive. This is when the true friendship between these two great alliances. Also, Ejay hows your mom doin? Article II: Peace, Sovereignty and Respect I. Both the Oceanic Alliance and DiCe recognize that each party are separate sovereign entities who make there own decisions. II. Members of The Oceanic Alliance and DiCe will treat each other respectfully. III. Both The Oceanic Alliance and DiCe recognize they will not declare war or commit any acts of war against each other. Article III: Intelligence I. DiCe and The Oceanic Alliance both agree to report important information to the other, regarding, but not limited to, pies and threats of war. Article IV: Mutual Defense I. A Declaration of war on either signatory is a declaration of war upon both signatories. Peace will only be given to the aggressor with the consent of both alliances. Article V: Economic Support I. During wartime both alliances will attempt to support each other with war aid if needed. II. Both alliances offer the internal markets to each other. Article VI: Termination I. If the Sea Goers and the Gamblers wish to part ways, one party may give a 72 hour termination notice to the other, in this time the treaty is still active and not considered void and will be upheld by both sides no matter what. II. This treaty may be amended with the agreement from both signatories.
