Rolling/Unexpected

On some image boards on the internet it became the fashion to rate posts with a troll rating (like 10/10 for being a good troll, 5/10 for being a mediocre one, etc). People soon started writing other stuff in front of the "/10" (as opposed to their rating) and the practice quickly lost all meaning, just being a way to say what you wrote before the "/10". The "/0" comes from the common internet joke of dividing by zero.

Ocho started the hard sixes thing by accident after he saw it in mhawk's title.

I'll let someone else field the other two.

Yeah Mogar's link pretty much answers the hard six question, gamblers or fans of Battlestar Galactica most likely already know that one.

As for the other two even after them being explained they still sound fail.

Expected(Unexpected)/10 is a GameFAQs meme based on the the "rating out of 10" thing. People on LUE would post a topic and then instead of whatever content would normally be associated with the title, they'd post the LUEshi ASCII. People would post expected/10 or unexpected/10 based on whether they had been expecting it to be said topic. It migrated to other uses, obviously.

Basically, it just means expected or unexpected but in a more memish way.

Edit: Unexpected/0 doesn't mean anything. It's probably either a typo, you misremembering or someone's idea of a joke meme combining Unexpected/10 with Divide by zero
