  1. Actually I would like to echo your statement Starcraftmazter. NPO has shown beyond a doubt their ability to move large sums of money and while these terms may seem harsh under careful scrutiny it would reveal Karma is quite possibly just setting themselves up for future disaster. Either way at least a war has ended and that is always good for business.
  2. Ah good ol days. [ooc]though that was before my brief CN hiatus[/ooc] I remember first hearing about that fateful nuke being launched and thinking "Who the heck is this madman, and dang he's got some style!" I do have to ask though Tyga, how did it feel when you hit that launch button?
  3. Hmmm while I understand what you're saying here this philosophy seems to be a lazy one that just lumps all POW's into the same group and makes grand assumptions about them. Sure some POW's leave due to cowardice, but in my experience I've found that most POWs "deserted" because their leadership failed them. Their leadership treated them like crap and as if they were no more than cattle, whose sole purpose is to be there only to serve the Governments every whim. This is not membership but slavery. So I see most POW's not as deserters but rather as oppressed nations whom cast off the shackles of bondage. Loyalty is not assigned but earned. Ones alliance Government must show that they are a capable one, and that they respect their membership. Only then does the sacrifice the membership makes in war become loyal service rather than servitude.
  4. I approve. EDIT: This is the closest I will ever come to being first.
  5. 1. What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow? 2. Do you have any ideas on what the NPO will do politically post war in an attempt to regain their crown as the supreme rulers of CN? Such as maybe seeking new allies, or altering their government to seem "reformed," etc, etc. (sorry if these questions have been asked already, but I'm tired and can't remember what the hell I just read, and my mind is still reeling from the sanity blasting spectacle of witnessing a picture of Boxxy in a boxxy) Madness inspiring picture attached:

  9. Good announcement Hizzy FunE with a capital E.
  10. Hmmm I'm gonna have to agree with Sponge on this one. No one can force your alliance to disband, if you don't like the peace terms (whatever they may be: disband, pay tech, no beer before 5 o'clock, eat your vegetables) man-up grow a pair and keep on fighting for what you believe in until favorable terms are offered or until you win.
  11. I choose not to see a steamroller but rather a giant buffer machine coming along to clean them guns up good and sparkly so they shoot better. Denial is a fun game, I play all the time. If I only knew, if I only knew..... Oh and what the heck news like this only happens once so here's MOAR GUNZ. Congratz again FAN.
  12. Hmmm FAN at peace......... I'll allow it. Congratz FAN. Have some gun porn.
  13. Not at all far from it I have great respect for ML and hope that after that war is over ML will allow me to buy the first round of beers. However the fact is that some alliances in this war and other before it have put their own political gains or survival above honoring treaties that they sign. ML and DOOM should be held as shining examples of what an alliance should be.
